Six Canadian Cities Pass Resolutions Condemning the Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in China
(Clearwisdom.net) On the eve of July 20, 2002, the day marking the third anniversary of when the Chinese government first officially began its campaign of suppression against Falun Gong, six Canadian cities passed resolutions condemning the brutal persecution. The cities are: the Township of Carling, the Town of Harbour Brenton, the Town of Torbay, the Township of Coleman, the Municipality of the County of Richmond, and the Town of Burin. These resolutions were forwarded to the Prime Minister's Office, the Minister of Foreign Affairs' Office, the office of Chinese President, the Chinese Ambassador to Canada, and the United Nations Secretary's Office.
