Police in Fushun and Fuxin Brainwashing Centers and Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Incite Collaborators to Torture Dafa Practitioners

7/10/2002

(Clearwisdom.net), In order to reduce their terms, some collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture] in the Fushun Brainwashing Center assist the police to abuse Dafa practitioners. One day some of them helped policemen drag a Dafa practitioner into a dark room, gag her with a towel, tie her up, then take turns beating her and trying to force her to write a so-called "criticizing paper." When she refused, they covered her mouth and nose with their hands until she was unconscious, but as soon as she woke up and still refused to write the paper, they used an even more cruel torture method. They forced her to stand with her head down and upper body bent parallel to the ground. They called this the "Big Plane." ["Backing up an airplane." see illustration at: http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2001/11/24/16156.html]

They would not allow Dafa practitioners to sleep for days and nights and tortured them in shifts. Almost every Dafa practitioner was tortured by the "Big Plane" method. Headed by Xin Hongshun, the Guards in Fuxin city brainwashing center are totally inhumane. Under a temperature of -22 degrees Fahrenheit, (-28 degrees Celsius), they handcuffed Dafa practitioners with only underwear on to steel pipes outdoors, and left them there from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM the next morning.

Xin Hongshun, the head of the brainwashing center, tried to coerce Dafa practitioners to curse the founder of Dafa each morning before breakfast. When practitioners refused, the guards would then hit them with electric batons.

They brought dozens of Dafa practitioners to one room, forced them to double-cross their legs and put their hands on their heads, then started hitting and shocking their faces, backs, necks, etc. with electric batons. In one instance, they hit a Dafa practitioner with an electric baton for about two hours, then kicked and beat her chest until they were tired. That Dafa practitioner was beaten until she was spitting blood, and her hands and feet were cramping. The guards then said the practitioner was pretending to be in pain, and didn't allow other Dafa practitioners to take care of her, leaving her weak, dazed, and very pale.

One or two people from the Fuxin Legislative Bureau took part in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. When Dafa practitioners didn't obey policemen Bai and Xin Hongshun, they would torture them with the "Big Plane" method. Some collaborators assisted the police to keep Dafa practitioners awake for days and nights; whoever closed her eyes would be shocked by electric batons. They taped the windows and locked Dafa practitioners inside the rooms to torture them. Since Dafa practitioners did not give up or write a "criticizing paper," they would ferociously say, "Since you will not write the criticizing paper, I'll let you taste the bitterness of our government." The policemen put Teacher's photo on the ground and forced Dafa practitioners to step on it. When the practitioners refused, they would drag them by the hair and force their heads to the photo on the ground, while at the same time kicking and beating them. One policeman whose name is Yu Liancheng used an indescribable method to destroy Teacher's photos. In a country well known for its ancient civilization, the dictator has coerced his followers to do many things that are offensive to Gods and reason, to ill-treat a group of innocent, kind people simply because they believe in the principle of "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance."

Even more cruel, they forced four female practitioners into a small room, then handcuffed their hands behind their backs, and made them sit with their legs double crossed, and not move, even slightly. Policemen and some collaborators then took shifts to keep them awake, not allowing them even to go to the bathroom. Whoever went to sleep would be hit by an electric baton. The four were tortured for 60 hours without any sleep while sitting on the cold concrete floor (one of them was having her period). After they beat male Dafa practitioners until they lost consciousness, they would then wake them up with cold water, beat them up again, or hit them with electric batons. Dafa practitioners' necks were hit causing strings of blisters. One male Dafa practitioner was beaten so badly he suffered a mental breakdown. The eldest female Dafa practitioner was 64 years old, the youngest one was 22 years old. Dozens of criminal officials took part in the abuses against Dafa practitioners. The criminal officers include Xin Hongshun, Yu Liancheng, Wong Jingwei, Li Ping, Ren Zhiying, Liu Baiqiang, Yan Shuhua, Chen Meiying, Yang Haiqing, staff members such as Shao (male), Chen (male), Zheng (female), and Bao (female), etc.. Some officials were from the Legislative Bureau.

Some collaborators assisted policemen to torture Dafa practitioners in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. One day they dragged one female Dafa practitioner to an empty room and tried to force her to kneel down in front of them, but she refused. Enraged, they handcuffed her behind the back to a radiator pipe in a standing position. The Dafa practitioner was handcuffed in that position for ten days and nights until both her hands and feet were swollen. Now the same practitioner has been tortured in the same way for several days again.

Once, they carried a practitioner to a small-cell and gagged her with a towel. She was beaten badly, making it hard for her even to eat a corn roll. Other practitioners were also handcuffed inside the small-cell, and were not allowed to sleep.

Currently, a row of windows on the first floor of one building is covered with paint. You cannot see the inside from outside or vice-versa. Dozens of Dafa practitioners are locked up in there, unable to see the sun all day long. Here, some collaborators assist policemen to beat up Dafa practitioners, no matter how old or how young they are.
