SOS Nordic Rescue Tour of Northern Europe Visits Oslo, Norway (II)

Second Stop - Norwegian Capital of Oslo

At 6 a.m. on July 12^th, the cars of the SOS Nordic Rescue Tour started from Gothenburg, Sweden towards the Norwegian capital, Oslo.

At 10:30 a.m. the Norwegian practitioners arrived at the front of the Chinese embassy in Norway. We called on the Chinese government to promptly stop the persecution against Dafa practitioners. We greeted two police officers on duty in a friendly way. Then, we started practising exercises and send forth righteous thoughts.

Two practitioners tried to hand an appeal letter to the Chinese embassy. Despite the enthusiastic help from the two police officers, the Chinese embassy, under the pressure of its dictatorial government, did not dare to accept our letter. At last, Dafa practitioners left the Chinese embassy with best wishes of success from the two police officers.

In the afternoon, practitioners marched from the train station to the Parliament building. Some of us held up banners while others handed out Dafa information materials to the passers-by. Marching along the long streets, we clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to people.

In front of the Parliament building, the big red banners with the golden words of "Falun Dafa," "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" and "The World Needs Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" were eye-catching. Numerous visitors were attracted to the display of Falun Gong photos. The scene of Dafa practitioners practising exercises impressed people with a sense of dignity and sacredness.

The deceitful lies were exposed and humans being were offered a chance of salvation. One Norwegian that was once deceived by the lies came to understand the truth, saying, "So, this is the truth." After talking to a woman with a predestined relationship with Dafa, a practitioner went to a nearby bookstore to buy the book Falun Gong for her. The woman was quite moved. Some visitors from China also left happily after hearing the truth about Falun Gong.

On this day, the weather in Norway was quite bizarre. It was sunny for some time and then turned cloudy for a while. For some time the sun was shining in the sky, and then it would rain with thunder and lightning. Big rain drops were just like the tears of gods, soaking the clothes of Dafa practitioners. The beaming sun was just like the smiling face of god, drying the clothes of Dafa practitioners. Whether it was pouring rain or burning sun, Dafa practitioners were not affected and continued to practise the exercises and send forth righteous thoughts. Viewed from a distance, they were like divine beings with an adamantine will. That night, all the practitioners read the Fa together, and had discussions with one another.

Tomorrow, a new day is waiting for us. We will continue our peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese embassy. Then, we will drive to the next stop, the Swedish capital of Stockholm.
