Turning Against Dafa Results in Retribution for Some Former Practitioners

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Cui Weirui, a former Falun Gong practitioner from Qingdao City, Shandong Province who went astray due to brainwashing and torture, has developed heart problems and a brain tumor. Bedridden and unable to walk, she is scheduled for surgery in the near future.

Liu Yanqin once had stomach cancer, which disappeared after practicing Falun Gong. Since July 20, 1999, however, she has "enlightened" along an evil path, and has been defaming Falun Dafa and continually persecuting practitioners. Her stomach pain has returned, causing her a great deal of suffering.

After being abducted and sent to Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp, former practitioner Wang Qiang from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province turned against Falun Dafa due to the cruel brainwashing he received there. Once, he deliberately and vigorously trampled on a Falun emblem. Shortly thereafter, he began to feel pain and discomfort in the ankle of the foot he had used to stomp on the Falun emblem. He was diagnosed with osteo-articular tuberculosis. Despite lengthy treatment, Wang Qiang has yet to recover.

After Gu Junliang from Beijing was abducted and sent to Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp, he was deceived by lies and participated in brainwashing practitioners. Although healthy and strong upon arrival at the forced labor camp, he has since become bedridden and very weak.

"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" is the true principle of the universe. It is a great shame whenever someone forsakes this principle and even turns against it. It is our sincere wish that they will change their minds before it is too late.
