Practitioners Tortured in Xishanping's Forced Labor Camp, Chongqing City

(Clearwisdom.net) Chongqing City: In December of 2001, under the instigation of the "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches.] Xishanping's Forced Labor Camp had moved more than 30 policemen from various locales to the Education Military Unit has where Dafa practitioners are being illegally detained. Under the supervision of the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp Superintendent Long and Education Department Section Chief Tian Xin, with the help of military unit leader Tian Xiaohai and Local captain Lui Hua, began another round of severe persecution against Dafa practitioners.

More than a hundred prisoners in the forced labor camp who were incarcerated for drug addiction, were brought in and directed to keep 24-hour surveillance on Dafa practitioners. The prison guards used rewards or threats such as transfers to factories notorious for the death of inmates, such as shoe factories, precious stone factories, brickyards, concrete and gravel factories, where inmates are forced to work as slaves. They imposed the assignment of torturing Dafa practitioners to these drug addict prisoners, forcing them to directly participate in torturing Dafa practitioners. The prison guards taught them how to successfully torture Dafa practitioners. Tian Xiaohai even demonstrated in person how to cover practitioner's mouths to effectively stop them from making noise. He even illustrated how to trip a person quickly and to press on the person's acupuncture point to stop him from moving.

Nearly every day we could hear screaming from Dafa practitioners while they were being tortured. The drug addict inmates immobilized Dafa practitioners and forced them to the floor (regardless of a practitioners' age), covered their mouths with their shoes, slapped Dafa practitioners faces relentlessly with the soles of their shoes causing practitioners' faces to become black and blue, and to become swollen and misshapen. Inside the cells, they forced practitioners to stand up and bend at the waist, maintaining the posture for extended periods of time. If practitioners did not perform as they ordered or did not cooperate with them, they were violently punched. Practitioners were pulled from their beds in the middle of the night, denying them sufficient food and sleep. Sometimes practitioners were not allowed to bathe for extended periods. The prison guards and the leaders refused the requests to speak with the practitioners. They even laughed while watching the agonized expressions of Dafa practitioners being tortured. Practitioners Cao Xianlu, Li Hongfu, Zhang Quanliang, Zhang Zhengwei, Lin Decai, Wang Xianan, Yan Xinpei, Huang Quangming were sent to the hospital one after another.
