Falun Dafa Practitioners Send Forth Righteous Thoughts for Thirty-Six Hours in Front of the Chinese Consulate in Melbourne, Australia

(Clearwisdom.net) For thirty-six consecutive hours, from 7:00 a.m. on June 30, 2002, to 8:00 p.m. the next day, Falun Dafa practitioners in Melbourne sent forth righteous thoughts in front of the Chinese Consulate. This effort was undertaken in order to clean out the evil elements in other dimensions that are behind the persecution in China. During recent Fa study and experience sharing, many practitioners have come to realize the importance of righteous thoughts and the role they play in eliminating this evil.

Recently, we heard that Falun Gong practitioners have been detained by customs officials and refused entry to Hong Kong without any explanation. Although similar things have happened in several other countries where Jiang has recently visited, in this case the rule of law was disregarded even more. This occurred in Hong Kong, a region supposedly governed by the policy of "one country two systems." We cannot help but feel sadness and regret for this short-sighted decision by a democratic region that would rather ignore their own laws and deprive people of their legal rights, all in order to satisfy one person's misguided desires.

An interesting point to the behavior of the Hong Kong government is that while they temporarily appeased Jiang, they also made more people aware of the fact that he is truly the culprit behind the persecution.
