Bringing People Closer to Dafa by Clarifying the Truth

(Clearwisdom.net) Thoroughly and carefully explaining the truth of Falun Gong to non-practitioners is not just a saying. It requires a solid and serious attitude to understand what the barriers in people's minds are, and how to eradicate those barriers to let them gain a closer understanding of Dafa. The following are three little stories about clarifying the truth of Falun Gong.

Story One:

One customer said, "Why do you Falun Gong practitioners always chase Jiang?" I replied, " What did Jiang do for you, that you must speak for him?" He asked, "What did Falun Gong do for you?" I replied, "I get big advantages from Falun Gong. First, it gives me a healthy body. Second, I got rid of my previous unhappiness after learning Falun Gong. A joyful spirit can't be traded for any material benefit. Dafa practitioners don't ask for fame or fortune, so they feel extremely happy. Now you understand how big the advantages of Falun Gong are. I will tell Jiang that the persecution of Falun Gong is not right." Finally he said, "People who live in the world must speak for justice and for the sake of their consciences."

Story Two:

Half a year ago, one of my customers, a Christian, discussed the differences between Falun Gong and Christianity with me. At that time, because I didn't have a deeper understanding of the Fa, I was not able to let him truly understand that Falun Dafa is good.

Recently he asked me, "Do you still practice Falun Gong?" I said, "Certainly, I am still practicing Falun Gong." He initiated a chat with me on belief. I said, "A person who lives in the world must deal properly with the relationships between people, nature and, God." He agreed with me. I continued, "Regardless of whether it is Falun Gong or Christianity, they are consistent in the view of the relation between people and God, but are different in their requirements for cultivation." I also told him about my understandings of Christianity. He thought that I knew lot about Christianity, and about the differences between Falun Gong and Christianity. So he admired me in his heart. He then asked me to lend him the book Zhuan Falun as soon as possible.

Story Three:

On July 20th, we put up a Falun Dafa and Chinese calligraphy stall on the busiest street in Chinatown. Many tourists asked us to write their names in Chinese. While they were waiting, they had a chance to read the information about Falun Gong and to look at our display board. They asked if they could sign their names to support Falun Gong. On that day, not only many westerners, but also many Chinese, Japanese, Malaysians, and Koreans began to have a true understanding of Falun Gong.
