Practitioners from Toronto Hold Sit-in Appeal in front of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Photos)

On August 13, 2002, some practitioners from Toronto started a 48-hour sit-in in front of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, continuing their appeal for the 16 Falun Gong practitioners being tried in Hong Kong. Practitioners delivered an appeal letter and truth-clarifying materials, hoping that Hong Kong would follow the policy of "one country, two systems" and resist the Jiang regime's trampling of Hong Kong's democracy and legal system.
