What percentage represents an "extremely small number?" That depends on what standard one uses to measure. For example, recently, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Mr. Kong Quan, stated that one hundred percent is "an extremely small number!"

On July 24, 2002, the United States House of Representatives unanimously passed Concurrent Resolution 188, drafted by Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and co-sponsored by 100 members of Congress, which calls on the Jiang regime to cease persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
