Under Master's Benevolent Protection, Disciples Turn Danger Into Safety

I am a Falun Dafa practitioner in Northeast China. During the process of making and distributing truth telling materials, I came across many dangerous situations. But I was able to make danger disappear under the benevolent protection of our Master. On the path I walked, some of the situations were relatively good, while others offered lessons.

Since we planned to declare a Falun Dafa Day in our hometown, I returned there with another practitioner. The day after we left, our material center was destroyed. Fellow practitioners were arrested. We thought the reason that two of us escaped the crisis was not accidental, since we kept sending forth righteous thoughts on the hour, and we read at least two lectures from Zhuan Falun daily. Those arrested had not focused on reading the Fa or sending forth righteous thoughts, and they had left a loophole for the evil.

The material center where I used to stay had been destroyed, so I had to roam around without a permanent home, and then returned to my hometown to distribute truth clarification materials. When I was in my hometown, police and the community administrators often came to my landlord and neighbors to investigate me. Under the protection of my landlord and my neighbors, and my strong righteous thoughts, many times the danger disappeared. This was especially true when the situation was very tense and the police were wildly arresting homeless Dafa practitioners. The police came to my landlord's home, and asked him to sign and swear that I was never there, but actually I was there at that moment. My landlord told me how he had protected me. I was so moved that he did such a righteous deed.

My wife and I discussed that there were very few Dafa posters or banners in the downtown area, so we decided to go there to tell people the facts about Dafa and the persecution. We went during the night. We put up the words "Falun Dafa is Great" on the walls of many government offices, government owned businesses, schools, electricity poles and even inside government office yards. Everywhere one could see the words "Falun Dafa is Great," "Falun Dafa is Righteous," "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance," and "Restore the Good Reputation of Falun Dafa." We also came across many dangers.

At around 3 a.m. one day, a man found us. He began to chase us after seeing that it was us putting up all the words validating Falun Dafa. I was a little nervous. Looking inward, I found my fear. I told myself, we are doing the most righteous thing, what is there to be so scared about? Immediately, I calmed down and recited the Fa-rectification verses silently. When the man came close to me, I looked him straight in the eyes. He turned his eyes away and quickly left. We continued our work, putting up words clarifying the truth in more than 20 locations.

I understood from Master's book and my cultivation path that we should look inside whenever we come across tribulations. Why do we come across these things? They must contain elements for us to upgrade. I understood that it is to look at our shortcomings, seek out all the bad elements and get rid of them. This is the process of rectifying ourselves and doing Fa-rectification.

The process of looking inside is the process of rectifying our own celestial systems. Whenever we find our shortcomings and get rid of them, we upgrade ourselves and assimilate more closely with the characteristic of the universe -- "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." When we rectify our un-righteous elements, it is equivalent to rectifying our celestial systems and saving the sentient beings in our systems.

I gained a new understanding of Master's words in Dafa is Indestructible, "A Dafa disciple completely opposes everything arranged by the evil old forces." The old forces arranged us completely before remote historical times, even arranged every word and action of ours. But their arrangement is out of their selfishness, and it is not up to the standard of our new cosmos. So we have to oppose their arrangements completely. How can we do that? I think if we look inside whenever we come across problems and take the Fa as our Teacher, then we have what we need to oppose the evil force's arrangement completely, and surely this would enable us to upgrade.

I want to express my highest respect to our greatest Master, and express my gratitude toward my kindhearted neighbors and fellow practitioners.

Every one of us should look inside all the time, take the Fa as our Teacher, melt into the current of Fa-rectification whole-heartedly, and not leave loopholes for the evil to persecute us. In this way we will fulfill our mission to help Master in the Fa-rectification and save sentient beings. Let us live up to the benevolent salvation that our Teacher offers.
