Crimes Committed by Qinhuangdao City "610 Office" and Police, and Some Subsequent Retribution
By Dafa practitioner Chun Hua
(Clearwisdom.net) [Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted.
The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe,
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in
harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will
incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while
evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of
those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires
that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution.] Since July 20, 1999, the terrorist "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to
persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all
other political and judiciary systems; 610 refers to June 10, 1999, when this office was set up]
and the Police Department No. 1 Division in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province have kept
committing crimes. The No. 1 Division, which has a list of all Falun Dafa practitioners in the city,
keeps instructing its subordinate police departments, police stations, and neighborhood
administration offices to persecute Dafa practitioners. Over the past three years, they illegally
detained and sent Dafa practitioners to forced labor camps over a thousand times. Most Dafa
practitioners were detained two or three times, while some were detained as many as five to six
times. Some Dafa practitioners were sent to forced labor camps. After they came out of the labor camps
through hunger strikes, the vicious police, when seeing that their health conditions had recovered
from hunger strike, would again arrest and take them away from their homes. Some practitioners were
sent back to labor camps as many as three to four times. Moreover, the wicked police also frequently
sent someone to watch the practitioners or go to their homes to harass them. As result, the
practitioners' family members are unable to work, go to school, live, or rest normally. Many
practitioners' families were broken apart and the practitioners were compelled to be destitute and
homeless [in order to avoid being illegally arrested at home]. Some were forced to stay away
from home for a long time. It is often heard that some practitioners were arrested, their homes
ransacked, their savings, television sets, radio and tape recorders, computers, etc. were taken
away. Almost every Dafa practitioner was extorted out of 2,000 to 5,000 Yuan [The average monthly
income is about 500 Yuan in cities of China] as "bail." The practitioners' family
members are unable to work normally, and have to withstand the resulting economic and social
pressures and endure the mental pressure. Now there is a saying that is being circulated among
people: "In the past, the bandits were in the remote mountains. Now, the bandits are in the
police department." The following are some of the persecution cases of Dafa practitioners: In July this year, when the head of the evils came to Baidaihe [a beach resort area],
Qinhuangdao City 610 Office and the police department urgently deployed the police force and
aggravated the persecution against Dafa practitioners. They interrogated and searched the passersby
and the passing vehicles. The Xiaowan brainwashing class was re-opened. Many Dafa practitioners were
abducted and sent to the class for brainwashing. It is a heavenly principle that the good will be rewarded with good and the evil will be met with
evil. Some Cases of Retribution for wrongdoing: List of criminal officials: Zhou Weidong, the secretary of Qinhuangdao City Political and Judiciary Committee, and the
director of the "6.10 Office." Xu Yingbin, Wang Xianzeng, and Li Yong, the deputy directors of the "6.10 Office," and
the officers from the Police Department No. 1 Division in Qinhuangdao City. Zhao Xiaoling and Wang Chunhai, the lead criminal of Qinhuangdao City Shanhaiguan Xiaowan
brainwashing class.
