Facts of the Persecution
Government officials in the town of Anbin, Nongan County, Jilin Province, together with local police officers, have repeatedly broken into and ransacked the homes of Falun Dafa disciples. They have also illegally fined, arrested, and detained Dafa disciples and sent them to forced labor camps. On July 13, a new round of persecution began in the town of Anbin. Dafa disciples were charged with "counter-revolutionary crimes" and kidnapped to a detention center. They were told that if they didn't write the five "letters of repentance" (promising to stop practicing Falun Dafa and renouncing their beliefs in Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance), they would be held in the detention center indefinitely. In addition, their children would be expelled from school and not be allowed to return.

Please do not worry about me, and do not give up your Fa-study and exercise practice. Your son has committed no wrongdoing, and has only followed Teacher's words to be a good person according to "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." No matter where he is, your son is always open and aboveboard. Please remember this, and continue to validate Dafa and save the people who have been deceived by the lies.
