Solemn Declaration

I am a blind person. Our local police forcefully brought me to brainwashing classes. During the intensive brainwashing, I was watched closely and forbidden to contact anybody. To resist the evil persecution, I refused to eat in the first three days, but finally gave in to the evil out of fear. I greatly regret having given in when I think back. I declare that all my words against Dafa at the brainwashing class are invalid. I want to deny all of the arrangements by the evil old forces and resume my cultivation during Fa-rectification. I will make up the loss I caused Dafa with double effort, and catch up with the process of Fa-rectification.

Solemn Declaration

On the evening of March 5, 2002, a group of policemen jumped over the wall, kicked down my door and broke into my home. They searched my house, confiscated my savings and attacked me. I was carried to the police car and brought to the 610 office (An agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.) Because my main-consciousness was not strong enough, I finally said something I shouldn't have, and wrote a "guarantee" (not to practice Falun Gong) that I shouldn't have written. I was released after five days of detention. I was very sad after returning home. I felt very sorry for the damage to Dafa, and even more to my Teacher.

I eventually resumed my cultivation after experience sharing and Fa study with some fellow practitioners. I have realized my fundamental attachment -- fear, through Fa study. I am very repentant and sad for not having acted as a true practitioner should.

I solemnly declare that what I have said and written at the 610 Office is invalid! I want to completely eliminate the bad thoughts the collaborators have forced into my mind, and reinforce my righteous belief by studying Fa more often. Our great and compassionate Teacher has given us this precious chance. I will make up the loss with double effort and catch up with the Fa-rectification.
