Further Clarifying the Truth to my Colleagues during My Last Day at the Company

During the past years, I have been clarifying the truth of Dafa to my colleagues, and through this they have come to know about Dafa to a certain degree. Since they already have a positive view towards Dafa, I thought that it might be time for me to change my job so that I would be able to clarify the truth to more people. Soon I received a new job offer, and I prepared to leave Singapore. The time passed very quickly and my last day of work soon arrived.

I've had a good relationship with my colleagues in the company and most of them enjoyed talking with me. Since I was going to leave the company, they treated me by either taking me out for dinner or by coming to talk with me individually.

On the morning of my last day, a colleague who held a degree in medicine and was planning to go back to China for a new career, came to talk with me for a few minutes. He had just read a digest called Righteous Thoughts and Cultivation that was compiled by Dafa practitioners in Singapore and was touched by it. He came to ask me how he could learn to practice Falun Gong, and he also wanted to ask me some questions.

He thought that Falun Gong is very good, but he couldn't understand why practitioners were involved in social activities or even "politics." I told him that practitioners of Dafa do not have political intentions, and what we are currently doing shows the difference between Falun Gong and other cultivation methods. Throughout history, most cultivators cared only about themselves, and would hardly pay attention to others. But Falun Gong practitioners keep clarifying the facts of Dafa to people even as they are being abused, tortured or killed.

The purpose is to save people which is not something that an ordinary cultivator is able to do. He found my answer to be reasonable, and left after having asked a few other questions that others had asked him when he last visited China.

While I was going through procedures related to leaving, one clerk asked me, "If Falun Gong is so good, why it is attacked in China?" I answered her question, and she looked as if she suddenly understood the persecution of Dafa in that moment. The lies spread by Jiang's regime in order to slander Dafa can't even stand a single tiny query. I said farewell to my colleagues who worked in other departments, and then went back to my own department.

While saying farewell, I gave each of my colleagues a copy of a Dafa truth clarification VCD. They thanked me and said that they would watch it carefully and many said, "Falun Dafa is good!" One colleague told me that when the persecution and slander of Dafa had just begun in China, I looked so pure and radiant and they often talked amongst themselves, saying that Falun Gong must be very good as I behaved so well. I remember the time when I was experiencing the change from the perceptual stage to the rational stage in my understanding towards Dafa. Since then, I became a genuine Dafa practitioner, and started to clarify the facts about the persecution and the goodness of Dafa to people. Since I was assimilated to Dafa, Dafa showed its power.

At the end of that day, I was collecting my things and many colleagues came to shake hands with me. I knew they cherished the time that they had spent with a Dafa practitioner.

In the glow of the setting sun, I left my office. On that single day, my colleagues happily accepted more than 60 Dafa truth clarification VCDs, and each VCD was accompanied with a farewell letter that I had written from my heart to theirs.
