The Police in the Panjin Region of Liaoning Province Resort to Violence While Taking Falun Dafa Practitioners' Photos and Fingerprints

(Clearwisdom.net) Since August 2002, the 610 Office [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems; 6.10 refers to June 10, 1999, when this office was set up] in Panjin Region of Liaoning Province has instructed the police in its subordinate areas to locate the Falun Dafa practitioners. The police ordered the practitioners to cooperate with them in having their photos, fingerprints, and signatures taken [In this way, the police can control the Dafa practitioners and make preparations for further persecution].

Sun Wei, a policeman from Dongguo Police Station, intruded into Dafa practitioner Qin Fengying's home. Sun pushed Qin, who is over 50 years old, down to the floor, grabbed her hand and violently took her fingerprints. Ma Ruijin is a 46-year old Dafa practitioner. Her husband, who is deceived by the fabricated lies, beat her badly. Her face was swollen and she could not move her arms and hands. At 9:00 p.m., several policemen from Dongguo Police Station including Xu Dehai and Liu Miao intruded into Ma's home. They forcibly pulled her fingers apart and took over ten minutes to take her fingerprints.

Li Kejun, a policeman from Yangjuanzi Police Station, located Dafa practitioner Wang Jianquan, an employee of a steel company. When Li asked Wang to sign his name and have his photo taken, Wang refused. This policeman then dragged Wang to the police station and threatened that Wang would be sent to a forced labor camp if he still refused to cooperate.

While Dafa practitioner Wang Jianqi was working in his work unit, his boss came to tell him that the police station had sent someone to come take his signature, and asked Wang to see the police. Wang put down the tool that he was using and said, "I am a genuine Dafa disciple and I will never sign my name. I would rather give up my job than sign my name." Wang is now suspended from the payroll.

Shixin Town Police Station policemen including Zhao Hongwei and Cao Zhiyou have also resorted to violence in trying to take the photos and fingerprints of many Dafa practitioners.
