"610 Office" Officials in Mengyin County, Shandong Province Receive Retribution

September 10, 2002

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Lei Yancheng, second in command at the Mengyin County "610 Office" [who persecuted Falun Gong], had suddenly lost consciousness several times earlier this year. He has now been diagnosed with atrophy of the cerebellum. He told his co-workers, "Don't let Falun Gong know about it."

Xing Xianying, another official committing criminal acts under the auspices of the Mengyin County "610 Office," was originally the deputy secretary of the women's union of the county, and was responsible for protecting the rights of women. While working in the "610 Office," she frequently violated women's rights. She beat and cursed female Dafa practitioners who had been forced to attend brainwashing sessions. She threatened to throw practitioners who refused to be force-fed out of a window, and to let them fall to their deaths. In July of this year, a motorcycle ran into her, fracturing her arm. The first surgery was unsuccessful, so she had to undergo a second surgery.

Dafa practitioners, from the bottom of their hearts, hope that all the people who have taken part in persecuting Dafa give up their evil actions and pursue good behavior in order to have a pleasant future for themselves.
