Dafa Practitioner Kong Xiangzhu Righteously Defends his Innocence in a Shuangyashan City Court, Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) At 8:30 a.m. on September 3, 2002, a trial was held for Dafa practitioner Kong Xiangzhu in Jianshan District of Shuangyashan City in Heilongjiang Province. The court held the trial in semi-secrecy. When the time for the trial was near, the court only gave two entry passes to family members to attend. At the opening of the trial, Dafa practitioner Kong Xiangzhu cried out loud, "Falun Dafa is good" as he walked onto the witness stand, which shook those who sat on and below the stand.

The judge asked, "Why did you go up to Beijing?"

Kong Xiangzhu answered: "Falun Dafa is so good, yet it is libeled, slandered and its practitioners are beaten up by bad people. This is the worst injustice in history dating back to ancient times. I went to Beijing to validate Dafa to the people of the world!"

Question: "Were the distribution of flyers and the playing of the Falun Gong program on cable TV done by you?"

Answer: "Yes. They were solely done by me. What I played are facts. The information was also delivered to allow the common people to be aware of the truth behind the deceit. It is for the sake of saving sentient beings who have been deluded by lies."

Question: "Do you know the consequences of doing this?"

Answer: "For the sake of clarifying the truth and saving sentient beings, I have never thought about my own wellbeing. My path is determined by my Master. What you say will not have any effect!"

Question: "You accused the vice squad of using violence against you. Did such a thing really happen?"

Answered: Yes.

Question: "What evidence do you have?"

Dafa practitioner Kong Xiangzhu lifted up his clothing, and revealed the scar which he received from the emergency rescue after the police almost killed him, and said: "This scar serves as evidence." Kong declared as void all statements he had made during inquisition under torture and at times when his consciousness was not clear (it is suspected that the police administered drugs to him). As a result the trial could not be continued and had to be terminated.

The righteousness of a Dafa practitioner had effectively awed the evil.
