Cambodian Democrats give you their enduring support, they will do their maximum to ensure that you have freedom of thought, freedom of association, and the freedom to peacefully practice any physical or spiritual exercises emanating from your beliefs or philosophy.

Please feel free to attach my name to all of your declarations or petitions aiming at defending those liberties, which are part of the basic human rights.
