Falun Dafa Practitioner Bai Xiuhua Tortured to Death at the Acheng City No. 2 Detention Center

Bai Xiuhua was a 40-year-old female practitioner. She used to work as a census taker, employed by the Jiaojie Town Police Station in Acheng City. They dismissed her because she practiced Falun Gong. On July 8th, 2002, the persecutors arrested Xiuhua for the third time. To protest this illegal arrest, she began a hunger strike on the very same day. According to information from reliable sources, because the officers so severely injured her lower back, she could no longer use the restroom by herself. Seeing that Bai was dying, members of the local police station notified her work unit to pick her up. People from the work unit would not come. As a result of the severe torture, Bai Xiuhua passed away on August 28, 2002.
