Fan Yongcheng is a retired employee of the Jinchuan City Household Service Company. On February 4, 2002, he was detained by his company for 15 days. Later he was illegally sentenced to 12 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 5 years.

Hu Shangxue is a retired employee of the Jiaojiazhuang Village Veterinary Clinic. He was dismissed from the Party in 1999. He was detained for 15 days by the Yongchang County Police Department on February 24, and December 1 of 2000 respectively. Once on January 17, 2001 and another time on September 5, 2001, the Yongchang County Police Department attempted to sentence him to labor reeducation for 2 years, but failed both times. Yue Peifu is a farmer. He was arrested by the Yongchang County Police Department on January 27, 2000, and was detained for 15 days. Later he was illegally sentenced to 10 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 3 years.

Zhu Dayi is a farmer and a Party member. He was harassed by the Yongchang County Police Department on January 31, 2000. Later he was illegally sentenced to 8 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 3 years.

Wang Zefang is a farmer. She was arrested by the Yongchang County Police Department on January 27, 2000 and was detained for 15 days. On February 28, 2002, she was arrested and detained for another 15 days. Later she was illegally sentenced to 8 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 3 years.

Qing Jichang is a farmer. He was detained by the Yongchang County Police Department on January 31, 2000 for 15 days. Later he was illegally sentenced to 7 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 3 years.

Wang Yongfang is a farmer. She was arrested by the Yongchang County Police Department and detained for 15 days on the three occasions of January 31, 2000, July 28, 2000, and February 28, 2002. Later she was illegally sentenced to 7 years in prison, and was deprived of political rights for 3 years.
