Four Dafa Practitioners Involved in the Qinghai Television Interception Incident Are Illegally Given Heavy Sentences

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 30, 2002, the Xining Intermediate Court in Qinghai Province illegally sentenced 4 Dafa practitioners who participated in the television interception to broadcast the truth of Falun Gong. Among these Dafa practitioners, Zhang Rongjuan (female) was sentenced to 20 years in jail, He Wanji was sentenced 17 years in jail, Li Chongfeng was sentenced 15 years in jail, and Duan Xiaoyan (female) was sentenced to 7 years in jail.

These Dafa practitioners' great act will be recorded in history forever. Their just deeds maintained every Chinese person's freedom of speech, a right guaranteed by the Chinese Constitution, and also maintained the rights of the general public to learn the truth. They represent China's moral conscience and its courage.
