United Kingdom: Embassy Staff Discovered Videotaping Falun Gong Practitioners' Peaceful Appeal (Photos)
By practitioners from UK (Clearwisdom.net) From January 12 to 14, Falun Dafa practitioners from the United Kingdom
conducted a three-day peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy, calling upon the public to
help stop the Jiang regime's ruthless persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. During the three
days, practitioners practiced Falun Gong exercises, studied the Fa and sent forth righteous at the
top of each hour on the street opposite the Chinese Embassy. During the past many peaceful appeal activities, the Chinese Embassy on the opposite street often
used various means to attempt to interfere with our press conferences, such as by using loudspeakers
to blast so-called "songs of revolution". These activities had caused residents in the
neighborhood to complain, and the police officers also felt the Embassy's behavior was unreasonable. However, during the news conference in this peaceful appeal, the Chinese Embassy acted
differently: it remained quiet without using noise to interfere. Practitioners also hoped that the
Embassy staff would stop doing evil and stop persecuting the kind people. However, a practitioner
discovered that some people appeared indistinctly behind a window of the Embassy building. The
practitioner immediately aimed a video camera at the window. When he zoomed in, he saw a staff
member of the Embassy secretly videotaping Falun Gong practitioners who were attending the peaceful
appeal on the opposite street. Practitioners understood the reason why the Embassy remained quiet this time. It turned out that
the Embassy changed tactics from open to underhanded interference. Meanwhile, the facts that
previously UK Falun Gong practitioners were barred from entering Hong Kong or Iceland to join
peaceful appeals, and that some practitioners' family members in China are being threatened and
harassed made people aware that Jiang regime holds a blacklist. Here, we sternly warn the Chinese
Embassy: Do not do sneaky evil-doings that offend Heaven and reason. |
