Taxi Driver: "I Wouldn't Dare to Drive You There... Unless You're a Falun Gong Practitioner"

One day I wanted to travel to a rural area by taxi. Due to the location of this place it would mean that I would have to travel through some desolate places. The taxi drivers were afraid that the trip was unsafe since I wanted to travel outside of town and so a few taxi drivers declined my request for their services. Later when another taxi was approaching, I asked if the driver would like to take me there. He said, "The social security situation has been so bad recently. Who would dare to drive a customer to a place so far away from town? I wouldn't dare drive you there unless you are a Falun Gong practitioner." I told him that I truly am a practitioner. He looked at me for a while and then let me get in his car.

On the way to my destination, I talked to him a lot about the facts of Falun Gong. Finally he said, "Presently I don't trust anybody but Falun Gong practitioners."

A practitioner's family's financial condition was not good, yet they have gladly spent whatever money they could spare to make truth-clarifying materials. The eldest son in the family was not a practitioner, but after his mother, a practitioner, told him that many practitioners were forced to leave home and become destitute to avoid further persecution, and that they had lost jobs and any financial support they previously had, he sent his mother 1000 Yuan [Approximately two months income of an average urban worker] so that she would be able to produce more truth-clarifying materials.

An older lady has suffered from excruciating pain due to having bursitis and severe rheumatoid arthritis for many years. One day a relative asked her to take care of some Falun Dafa materials. As a result she obtained a chance to read Zhuan Falun [The main text of Falun Gong]. When she started to read the book for the second time, a miracle took place-- the pain that was present in her legs and arms disappeared. She remarked that she had never felt so comfortable before. Since then, whenever she meets someone she always says, "I am so lucky that all my diseases have been eliminated. All of the programs that CCTV has spread about Falun Gong are just made up stories. They are completely absurd!"

A practitioner was distributing truth-clarifying materials while shopping one day. A man asked what she was giving out. The practitioner told him that only people who truly have good fortune are able to have a chance to come to know the truth. He took a look at the materials and VCDs, and then said to this practitioner, "I really like to read these materials."
