A Righteous Party Secretary Protects and Defends Dafa Practitioners in the Workplace

A party secretary's work unit employed several Falun Dafa practitioners that had been transferred from other units. After hearing about the injustices that the practitioners had endured, the party secretary was very angry and immediately went to talk with each respective manager responsible for the unfair treatment. After the party secretary's efforts many things were resolved.

Once, the police intercepted a practitioner when he was on his way to deliver Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. The police snatched away the practitioner's bicycle and the materials, but with righteous thoughts the practitioner escaped arrest. To avoid further persecution, the practitioner was forced to abandon his home, and his work. When the party secretary heard what happened, he put in great efforts to resolve the situation. In the end, this practitioner was able to resume his normal life. Even his bicycle was recovered.

By the end of 2002, the "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) had begun a round of brainwashing classes, and required all working practitioners to attend. The party secretary refused the request. When his supervisor questioned him, this party secretary replied, "Let me attend a brainwashing session first to see if you really treat practitioners nicely as you claim." Since the "610 Office" was afraid of their crimes against practitioners being exposed, they did not insist on their request that all practitioners go to brainwashing classes. In the end, practitioners in this party secretary's work unit were not required to attend the brainwashing classes. In private, this party secretary told the practitioners, "You should not attend the brainwashing class. Just work normally; you will be safe under my protection." One practitioner regularly sends the party secretary new VCDs and new articles written by Teacher Li. The party secretary always accepts the material happily and also reads everything. Sometimes they have discussions about the content.

Since July 1999, when Jiang's regime started persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, many managers have used their influence to protect practitioners in the workplace, as they know very well that the practitioners are good people. The righteous actions of the managers have created marvelous futures for them.
