Wang Huilan is a female Dafa practitioner from the Dadong District, Shenyang City. On November 20, 2002, someone reported her to police when she brought new Dafa articles to her son, and she was arrested in her home on December 22, 2002. Now she is being illegally held at the Sujiatun Detention Center. Her son was sentenced to 9 years in jail and is now being detained at Wafangdian in Dalian City.

Yang Shuhui, female, 43, was illegally arrested and brought to the Jiamusi City detention center on May 14, 2002. Later in October, trying to brainwash her, police cuffed both of her hands to one side of a bed while cuffing her feet to the other with her back suspended in the air. She suffered severely from this type of torture. Police officers Liu Yadong and others also applied a great deal of mental pressure in addition to physical torture, which led to her suffering a mental collapse. Later she was moved upstairs, where police officer Hong Wei handcuffed her in the same way twice more. The police often beat her at will, which worsened her condition.

Yang Shuhui's mind is not clear right now. A doctor gave her tranquilizers daily at first, and then gave them to her more and more. Once she was injected with tranquilizers twice within half an hour. The doctors also gave her sedative under various pretenses. Now she is injected with tranquilizers and other drugs more and more frequently, and her situation is deteriorating steadily.

Liu Shuqing is a female Dafa practitioner from Baijiabu, Nangang District, Harbin City. She was arrested, and seven police from the Nangang branch of the public security bureau ransacked her home. Police in the Yaziquan Detention Center tortured her viciously, breaking both of her legs. Police then extorted money from her family with the pretext of having surgery performed to repair the damage. In December 2002, she was illegally sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp for a two-year term.

Zhao Shigao was arrested in October 2002. He was sent to the Changle Forced Labor Camp on December 6, 2002. It is said that he is still on a hunger strike. His family members did not even know where he was at first. When they sent clothes to the local detention center, nobody accepted them.

Female practitioner Guo Lixiang from Hailun city was sent to a forced labor camp in January 2003. Several Dafa practitioners from Suiling County were also arrested and detained. The phone number of the detention center is 86-455-4622118

Li Baoshui, the former chief assistant of the Daqing Falun Gong assistant center died at the Daqing City public security bureau, partly due to the role that Liu Guoshen played. Liu has illegally taken a lot of personal property from many Dafa practitioners for his personal use, including several computers.
