Dear Officials,

We are Falun Dafa practitioners living in Turkey. While the Chinese Lunar New Year is drawing near, we sincerely wish you a happy New Year. Meanwhile, we also hope that in the coming year, you will face the Falun Gong issue openly, will correctly discern right from wrong and no longer aid the evildoers in this illegal and brutal suppression. We hope that you will place yourselves in a good position and make wise choices for the future.

We believe you have had the opportunity to develop a clear understanding of Falun Dafa during the past few years. Falun Dafa, based on the universal principle of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance teaches people to be good and has helped tens of thousands of practitioners to benefit both physically and spiritually. Presently, Falun Dafa is being practiced in over 60 countries around the world and is more and more understood and cherished by people from all walks of life and from all nationalities and races. In Turkey, it is also accepted and regarded as important. People from all walks of life, including government officials, security departments, news agencies and ordinary people support and embrace Falun Dafa. They appreciate the happiness brought by Falun Dafa to their souls and bodies while being concerned about the persecution conducted by Chinese authorities. They show great sympathy for persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners and their relatives.

China is the place of origin of Falun Dafa. The Jiang Regime, out of jealousy and selfishness, has launched a brutal suppression and persecution of tens of thousands of kind hearted people who do not fight back when they are beaten or sworn at. The Jiang Regime has utilized all means at its disposal. The suppression jeopardizes the stability of Chinese society and dishonors the Chinese government. In addition, it has trapped a large number of Chinese officials who are unwilling to participate in the persecution of Falun Gong in a state of non-benevolence and injustice.

Incorrect and illegal behaviors have been recorded.

On January 20, 2003, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong was formally founded. Its mission is "To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. And bring such investigation, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure..." (ref: http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/1/22/31212.html)

In October 2002, when Jiang Zemin visited the United States, persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and their relatives filed a lawsuit against Jiang for his crimes of "Genocide" in United States District Court. On January 13, 2003, a scheduling conference and notice of motion hearing was held in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois between the Lawyers of the Plaintiffs and the judge. Both the conference and the hearing went well and concluded well. According to media reports, determination of whether Jiang needs to be present at the hearing in the United States District Court will be made in the spring. We hope that you will read carefully the attached announcement regarding the establishment of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong and a brief introduction of the lawsuit against Jiang's crimes of "Genocide". The persecution of Falun Gong, exclusively based on lies and fabrication, violates the Constitution in China and has been unable to win support outside of China. The suppression policies carried out by the Jiang Regime can no longer sustain.

It is a heavenly principle that "Good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil." Persecution won't change peoples' will. The truth will come out in the near future. All attitudes and behaviors towards Falun Gong and the universal principles of "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance" will get their corresponding and just rewards or punishments. Dear officials, please think through it calmly, for the sake of your own futures.
