Chatou Female Labor Camp in Guangzhou City Abducts and Tortures Dafa Practitioner Deng Yi

December 25, 2002

(Clearwisdom.net) Late in the evening of June 30, 2002, police from Haizhu District Police Department in Guangzhou City abducted Dafa pratitioner Deng Yi, who was living in a rented house in the same district. After the police put her in custody for one month, she was illegally sentenced to two-years of forced labor. She is now detained in the Chatou Female Labor Camp in Guangzhou City.

When Deng Yi was abducted, the police took away all her money and belongings. When Deng Yi's family asked for the return of her money and belongings, they were turned down.

Deng Yi has been detained for almost six months now. Her family members were only allowed to see her once, which was over a month after she was abducted. During that visit, her family members found that the police, through unknown methods of torture, had caused Deng Yi to become thin beyond recognition in less than a month. Nowadays her family members have asked the concerned department several times for permission to bring winter clothes to her, and as of now no permission has been received. Jiang's evil gang has even resorted to such means to persecute the kind Dafa practitioners.

We remind fellow Dafa practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts and eliminate all evil elements that damage Dafa, so as to save sentient beings and protect Dafa.
