Atrocities in a Tangshan Detention Center: Hammering Nails Through Bones and Force Feeding With Human Excrement

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Sun Jianzhong was illegally arrested as he was caught handing out Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials. He was detained in the First Detention Center of Tangshan, in Hebei Province. Because Mr. Sun Jianzhong did not compromise, the policemen in the First Detention Center used various excruciating types of torture methods on him to forcefully change his beliefs.

For example, they hammered nails through his bones. They burned his palms, fingers and the center of his feet and toes. They lashed Mr. Sun's fingers and toes with electrical wire, then passed a current through the wire to administer electric shock.

Mr. Sun Jianzhong was tortured close to death. His captors decided to let him go and contacted his family to take him home. Mr. Sun was allowed thirteen days at home, until the policemen saw that he did not die. They went to his home and arrested Mr. Sun again, detaining him once more in the First Detention Center, only to sadly endure more torture. Mr. Sun took part in a hunger strike while in captivity. This caused the policemen to force feed excrement and other solutions into Mr. Sun's stomach.

Due to the conniving acts incited by the director of Tangshan "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) and the assistant secretary of Tangshan Party Committee Chen Man, six Falun Dafa practitioners were murdered by the evil policemen of Tangshan. The Dafa practitioners are Mr. Chen Aizhong, Mr. Zhao Yingqi, Ms. Pi Jinghui, Ms. Zhang Xiumin, Ms. Fan Yaxiong, Mr. Lan Hongyu.
