Head of Heilongjiang Province "610 Office" Discusses Daqing City Brainwashing Center: "Good People Cannot Do This Job"

Because of Daqing City Dafa practitioners' righteous thoughts and righteous actions, many work units did not want to send Dafa practitioners to the brainwashing center, so the Daqing City Hongweixing Brainwashing Center could not proceed. Since the recent visit of the heads of Heilongjiang Province's "610 Office"* to Daqing City, Daqing Hongweixing Brainwashing Center devised a plan to abduct 120 Dafa practitioners. A quota was assigned to every work unit during a meeting held by the center. Heads in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners from Daqing work units attended the meeting. After hearing Daqing Hongweixing Brainwashing Center's briefing, the head of the Heilongjiang Province "610 Office" said, "We need 'talented people' like Lao Tian (referring to Tian Zhiyong, head of the "610 Office" of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau) who are vicious enough. Good people cannot do this job."

Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong relies on lies and rumor-mongering, and so does the Daqing Hongweixing Brainwashing Center's persecution of Dafa practitioners. Let us look at several cases of practitioners who were kidnapped around the time of the recent Mid-Autumn Festival:

On September 10, 2003, the party secretary of the Oil Well Measurement Company, using the excuse of having a talk, tricked practitioner Bai Yufu into leaving his home, and then he and the vice director of the security department led a dozen other people from the company to forcibly take Mr. Bai to the Hongweixing Brainwashing Center.

On September 9, 2003, practitioner Yao Qingyun's work unit ordered Yao to report to the unit, and after that Yao did not return home.

On September 9, 2003, just as practitioner Liu Tongling was coming home from the grocery store, people from her work unit and police from the police station took her away.

On September 9, 2003, practitioner Ma Bing was asked to go to the manager's office to have a talk during work, and then he was taken by force to the Hongweixing Brainwashing Center, and was subjected to brutal persecution.

On September 24, 2003, using the excuse of having a talk, people from the Material and Industry Company and policeman Sun Liye from Huoju Police Station, tricked practitioner Li Guangying's husband into going back home and inviting them in. Ms. Li Guangying was then taken away and detained at the brainwashing center.

To catch Mr. Liu Zhixin's wife, they even shut off the electricity to the whole residential building, and broke into their home with the excuse of checking the electricity. Then they took his wife to the brainwashing center.

Bai Yufu, Ma Bing, Li Guangying, and other Dafa practitioners refused to cooperate with the evil persecution, and walked out of the brainwashing center using righteous thoughts. Among them, Bai Yufu, Du Zhenhua, as well as others left home in order to avoid further persecution.
