Mr. Liu Guoxing, a Teacher Known for Giving Financial Aid to Many Poor Students, Is Now Being Persecuted

Mr. Liu Guoxing was a teacher in the Szechuan Panzhihua Mechanical and Electrical Institute. Using a practitioner's standard, he set an example with his own conduct everywhere he went. He lived frugally in order to support over twenty impoverished students. He spread the Fa to these people, gave truth-clarifying materials to his students, friends, and relatives, and also used his job to teach his students how to be sincere, kind-hearted, and tolerant people. Some people, deceived by the propaganda, submitted his truth-clarifying materials to the School Office of the Communist Party Committee and the School Security Guard Section. The School Party Committee reported this to the National Security Group of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Inc.

On May 26, 2002, in front of a large crowd, some malicious people brutally beat Liu Guoxing. Within five hours, he was viciously beaten five times. The bridge of his nose was broken and bled profusely. He suffered many internal injuries, and was illegally detained for a month. During his imprisonment, Liu Guoxing often recited Teacher's poem "Non-existence" again and again to get through the interrogations:

To live with no pursuits,

To die with no regrets;

All excessive thoughts extinguished,

Cultivating Buddhahood is not difficult. ("Non-existence")

Against a practitioner whose heart could not be moved, the evil could do nothing, and so Liu Guoxing was released on June 27, 2002.

After he was released the school took away his teaching position, and arranged for him to work in a library. This firm-hearted practitioner voiced no complaint and felt no regret, and in the same way continued clarifying the truth, saving people, and treating everyone with sincerity, kindness, and tolerance. Schoolteachers, students, and even those who persecuted him secretly praised him. Because he firmly believed in Dafa, this good person was again unlawfully arrested.

On April 3, 2003, the school party secretary, Mr. Ceng Dayun (phone number: 6250028), Principal Mr. Zhou Xinglong (phone number: 6250988), school head of security Mr. Chang (phone number: 6251087), summoned Liu Guoxing, and took turns interrogating him. On the second day, they brought him to the Wanyaoshu Detention Center to get his picture and fingerprints. One week later, Liu Guoxing's job was terminated. He argued strongly with reason, and clarified the truth to them. However, on April 22, 2003, the school requested that the National Security Group of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Inc. take charge over him. The person in charge of his case was Mr. Wang Yong (30's, phone number: 3399030). He, along with four other people brutally beat Liu Guoxing in the school's plaza. Then on the road to the Wanyaoshu Detention Center, there was another round of beatings. After being detained for 25 days, and then going through no formal processing, he was illegally sentenced to two years in a labor camp. Liu Guoxing was sent to the Xinhua Labor Camp of Mianyang City.

Notice: In the persecution, the person who beat him most viscously was Yuan Bin, from the "610 Office"* of Panzhihuagang Iron and Steel Inc.

* "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
