Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioner Li Guangying in Daqing's Red Satellite Brainwashing Center

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Guangying is a retired worker from the Material and Business Company of the Daqing Petroleum Control Bureau. Before she started practicing Falun Gong, she suffered from many diseases which brought endless suffering to her and her family. After beginning the practice, all her illnesses disappeared. Her husband, Mr. Wang Yuanchang, is a leader in the third security team in the Daqing Petroleum Exploration Factory. Seeing her improvement, he naturally supported her practice of Falun Gong.

Last time, when she was near death due to the torture she received in detention, the wrongdoers nonetheless sent her to the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center for further persecution. She was not accepted because of her poor health. The bad people were afraid of taking responsibility and let her go home instead. She persisted on studying the Falun Dafa teachings and practicing the Falun Dafa exercises at home. When she was only barely restored to health, the evil authorities from Daqing's Red Satellite Brainwashing Center once again came to detain her.

At about 9 AM on September 24, 2003, a person (with the last name Xu) from the Material and Business Company of the Daqing Petroleum Control Bureau, two people from the Office for Senior Workers of the company, and two people from the Security Office came to her home. They dragged her and lifted her into a car. At that moment, Ms. Li's precarious health once again took a turn for the worst due to their violent actions. Her heart beat violently, her legs were out of control, and her body ached all over. Despite her condition, these villains still brought her Daqing's Red Satellite Brainwashing Center.

When the leader in the brainwashing center saw that Ms. Li had been tortured so badly, he whispered to the villain Xu: "She is in such bad shape, and yet you still send her here, I'm afraid she's not going to be able to take it."

Around noon, Ms. Li Guangying had been tortured so badly that she could not stand up, her face has lost color and she could only breathe with pain. She appeared to be dying. The villains panicked, became afraid of being held responsible, and sent her to the Longnan Hospital in Daqing Petroleum Field. The doctor was angry on seeing her condition.

"Why do you bring her here so late? Her illness is so severe. You are too irresponsible. She needs surgery; go quickly, pay and register her for hospitalization!!!"

The villains become silent when they heard that they'd have to pay money. Ms. Li said: "I have no money, my health was very good. You tortured me to this condition."

One of the thugs said: "We have not had our lunch yet."

After saying that, they looked at each other and ran away, leaving ailing Ms. Li Guangying behind.
