By a Falun Dafa Practitioner

Mr. Tian Baoshan, 52 years old, was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province who died in mid September 2003 as a result of being tortured by officials at the Changlinzi Labor Camp.

Refusing to cooperate with the police, Mr. Tian was mistreated in the labor camp, which caused his blood pressure to rise very high. Despite his condition, the labor camp officials would not release him. When he passed out during a meal, the police in the labor camp finally sent him to the Wanjia Hospital without even checking back to see if he was still alive. The police forced the doctors at the hospital to issue a report that he had died of natural causes.
