Happy Reunion with a Fellow Practitioner

[Clearwisdom.net September 13, 2003] Recently, I ran into a Dafa practitioner from an old practice site. We had not seen each other for a long time and were both surprised and happy to be reunited.

He told me that he had never even tried to contact other Dafa practitioners after July 20, 1999, because he was afraid of being arrested and of the trouble it might mean to his family. In addition, he also never dared to check out Dafa websites. Yet, he secretly kept practicing at home on his own. However, he became increasingly aware that something was not quite right, and wanted to communicate with his former fellow practitioners, to see if there were any new articles by Teacher Li, although he had lost all contact with his former fellow practitioners.

His family members all think that Dafa is good. When the "self-immolation" story and other slanderous reports were shown on TV, he and his wife told their neighbors that those were all fabricated. His wife said: "I believe Falun Gong is good. My husband practices and Falun Gong cured his heart problem, when a hospital could not. I saw it with my own eyes." Up to today, his family supported him and reminded him to practice.

Finally, he took all the Dafa materials that I had in hand, especially Master Li's articles after July 20, 1999. He wanted to read them right then and there and regretted that he came out so late. Carrying Teacher Li's new articles he happily returned to his home.
