A Three-Year-Old Child: "You Are Not Allowed to Say Anything Bad against My Teacher"

My grandson is three years old this year. One year ago, he started to study the Falun Dafa teachings with me. He often said to me, "I am a practitioner, and I will also step forward to clarify the truth." Since he is little, when he said so, we did not take him that seriously. One time, when his father showed some disrespect for Teacher while conversing with his relatives, my grandson, who was watching TV, suddenly said very seriously to his father and relatives, "Li Hongzhi is my Teacher. You are not allowed to say anything bad against my Teacher. Jiang Zemin is ruining mankind, and he should be punished." Right away, his father and relatives were shocked to hear this from such a young child and did not dare to say anything else bad against Dafa.

In 2001, I was jailed for over 40 days by the police for going to Beijing to validate Dafa. My children were deceived by the lies and turned against me and my cultivation in Dafa, where before they had supported me. There was a very tense relationship in my family. Before I started cultivating Dafa, I was very bad-tempered. My children respected me, but were not close to me. After cultivation, I improved my temper, but did not do well enough. I think from now on I will do much better, using my own words and behavior to validate Dafa. Once, one of my relatives harshly cursed at me on the street because of some misunderstanding. I just smiled, and made some explanation peacefully to her after she finished cursing. My children were deeply moved, and they all said, "Mom, how come you did not quarrel with her. You were not like this in the past." I said to them, "Our Teacher teaches me to cultivate 'Truth, Compassion, Tolerance,' which is to be a good person, how can I quarrel with others?" Since then, I often tell them the principle of being a good person and help them with Teacher's words. After that, when I mentioned how to be a good person, they immediately said, "This was taught to you by your Teacher, wasn't it? Mom, let us tell you the truth from our heart; we want to say, 'Falun Dafa is really good.'" When I heard this, I could hardly keep from shedding tears. Once again I have felt Teacher's tremendous benevolence.

At 12:00 noon on October 20, a practitioner in China was on his way home, riding a bicycle. When he was crossing the road intersection, a car quickly drove by and ran into him. He was thrown heavily to the ground several meters away. His bicycle was also thrown some distance away. All the witnesses were dumbstruck with fear, and all of them thought he had been killed in the accident. However, this practitioner stood up by himself, and told the scared driver, "I am OK."
