(Clearwisdom.net) [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhu Luoxin Is Illegally Sentenced to
Ten Years in Prison Ms. Zhu Luoxin, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Liwan District of Guangzhou
City, was arrested in December 2001. She was detained in the Baiyun District
Detention Center before she was transferred to Shaoguan Female Prison on
February 26, 2003. Then, she was transferred to the Provincial Female Prison
located at Zhuliao Town, Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, where she was
illegally sentenced to ten years in prison. Wu Yuxian, Zhu Luoxin's
mother-in-law, was arrested on January 1, 2002, and detained in the No.1
Detention Center in Wuzhou City of Guangxi Province. On February 26, 2003, she
was transferred to the Nanning Female Prison in Guangxi Province, where she was
illegally sentenced to seven years in prison. Wu Zhijun, Zhu Luoxin's
brother-in-law, was illegally sentenced to eight years in prison as well. He was
sent to the Guilin Prison on March 11, 2003. Wu Zhiping, Zhu Luoxin's husband and a practitioner, was abducted on October
10, 2001. He was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor and detained
in the No. 1 Forced Labor Camp in Guangzhou City. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Attention to Fellow Practitioners in
Harbin City According to reliable source, the persecutors have divided Harbin City into
300 "districts" and arranged 300 plainclothes policemen to operate
throughout these "districts" in an attempt to make a breach in
arresting Falun Dafa practitioners. The 300 police roam around and are ready to
abduct Falun Dafa practitioners at any time. It is said there is a plainclothes
policeman at each store that sells blank CDs. We hope that fellow practitioners

Dafa Practitioners Before October 1, staff from the "610 Office" and police from the
Liaolukou Police Substation in Shifang City made a surprise search of places
that Falun Dafa practitioners live in Liangshuijing Village of Lianglukou Town.
At the time, several practitioners were studying the Fa together. A policeman
knocked down one practitioner and took away Dafa books and truth-clarifying
materials. As far as we know, local practitioner Ma Guoying and a female
practitioner were abducted. Besides, some practitioners got the notice about
sending them to the Qingbaijiang Brainwashing Base in Chengdu City. Fellow
practitioners who are involved, please resist the arrangements of the
persecutors with your righteous thoughts. Other practitioners who see this news
please help send forth righteous thoughts and eradicate the evil elements in
other dimensions that are persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mudanjiang Prison Enslaves Dafa
Practitioners and Their Family Members Mudanjiang Prison forcibly overworks Dafa practitioners to produce souvenirs.
Then practitioners' family members are asked to sell the artifacts. The police
guards ask the family members to pay 150 yuan for each unsold souvenir. [Lianping County, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Quanfang Illegally Detained Ms. He Quanfang is from Lianping County of Guangdong Province. She started to
practice Falun Dafa in 1999. In early September of this year, she was handling
business in the store. The "610 Office" clerks came to her store and
asked her to write so-called "statement of guarantee" to give up
cultivation practice of Falun Dafa. She didn't cooperate with the wrongdoers.
The next day, over a dozen people from the "610 Office" suddenly
appeared at her store and forcibly abducted her. It is heard that she is being
detained in the Sanshui Brainwashing Center. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Xia Yulan Is Being Detained in the
Longshan Forced Labor Camp Ms. Xia Yulan, a Shenyang practitioner in her fifties, was illegally arrested
for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa in 1999. She was sent to the
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. The CCTV "Focus" program interviewed her
over a period of five hours in Masanjia, and she answered all questions
completely from the perspective of Dafa. She was detained in Masanjia over a year and released in the spring of 2001.
She immediately rejoined the current of Fa-rectification and organized many Fa-study
groups. In April 2002, she was arrested again due to the betrayal of former
practitioners who had given up their belief under high pressure and brutal
persecution. Her husband and daughter were arrested at the same time. Currently she is being detained in Team One of Longshan Forced Labor Camp in
Shenyang City. She is being subjected to all means of torture but remains
steadfast in her belief. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Police in Longgang District and Local
"610 Office" Attempt to Abduct Falun Dafa Practitioners On October 14, police from Beigang Town of Longgang District, together with
local "610 office" clerks, broke into some Falun Dafa practitioners'
home. Practitioners wholeheartedly resisted the persecutors and none of them
were taken away to the brainwashing class. But since then, many practitioners
had to leave their homes in order to avoid further persecution. Please send

(home), 86-13052669005 (cell) [Handan City, Hebei Province] Associate Professor Yang Fenglian Is Abducted
and Persecuted Ms. Yang Fenglian, associate professor from Urban Construction Department of
Hebei Construction Science Institute and a Falun Dafa practitioner, was
illegally sentenced to one year in forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal
for Falun Dafa on October 1, 2001. During the "16th Party
Congress" in 2002, she was illegally abducted again. On September 25, 2003,
she was abducted on the street the third time and sent to the brainwashing class
in Handan City. Ms. Yang went on a hunger strike, protesting the illegal
detention. Not long ago she began to vomit blood and lost consciousness several
times due to torture. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Persecuted Ms. Guan Jun, a practitioner from Licang District, was abducted and sent to
the Weibei Forced Labor Farm prior to the National Day (Oct.1), where she was
subject to brainwashing. Mr. Liu Xitong was arrested in March, 2003 and detained in the Qingdao Forced
Labor Camp. It is said that he was tortured for not giving up his belief. His
face is misshaped due to beatings, and he is now on hunger strike to protest the
illegal detention. The forced labor camp will attempt to transfer him to the
Weibei Forced Labor Farm. Ms. Liu Zhihuan, 67 years old, was arrested at home on August 8, 2002. Cai
(surname), director of the Fushanshuo Office of Qingdao City, is mainly
responsible for her arrest. She was illegally sentenced to four years in prison
and is being jailed in Wangchun of Zibo City. [Huaiyang County, Henan Province] Caozhuang Dafa Practitioners Are Abducted Around 9:30 PM on September 30, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners from the
Caozhuang Executive Village of Zhuji Township, Huaiyang County, were studying
the Fa together. Wang Wanzhong, together with several policemen, broke into a
practitioner's home. They phoned the "610 office" in Huaiyang County.
Zhao Min (notorious as a persecutor) from the Public Security Bureau and over
twenty policemen came to the spot with three police vehicles. They turned the
practitioners' home upside down like a gang of bandits. They also threatened
practitioners with their machine guns. In the end, they handcuffed practitioners
back to back and dragged them to the police cars. Among the practitioners is an
old person in his (her) 70s or 80s, who had both a hand and a foot cuffed. [Yidu City, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wei Shenghua Abducted The Shuilu Police Substation of Changyang Public Security Bureau forcibly
abducted Wei Shenghua, a practitioner from Yidu City, in the name of making
investigation. Currently he is being detained at the Changyang No. 1 Detention
Center. Phone number of the Shuilu Police Substation: 86-717-5323383 Zhao Jucai, a practitioner from Yidu City, was illegally detained in
September. He (She) has been illegally sentenced to two years in forced labor. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Criminal Records of Vicious People in
Boyuquan District Wang Hongkui, head of National Security Team in Boyuquan District of Yingkou
City, and the thugs under his leadership, closely follow Jiang Zemin in
persecuting Dafa practitioners. Below are some of the crimes they committed. Whenever Wang Hongkui and his people ran out of money, they started to extort
money from Dafa practitioners. They would arrest Dafa practitioners for whatever
reason they made up. Then they would extort from 5,000 to 20,000 yuan from
practitioners' family members. In late January 2003, Wang Hongkui illegally arrested practitioner Mr. Li
Guang and his family members (there was a materials-producing site set up at his
home). With the exception of releasing his grandfather and brother who do not
practice Falun Dafa, his father was sentenced to eight years in prison, his
mother seven years and he himself seven years. Wang Hongkui and his people have extorted over 500,000 yuan [the average
monthly income of an ordinary worker in China is about 500 yuan] from Falun

Public Security Branch in Changchun City, is currently working in the Changchun
Public Security Bureau. Ma Jun stole 30,000 yuan in cash and a savings account
of 70,000 yuan while illegally searching a Falun Dafa practitioner's home in
April. When the practitioner's family members came to Ma Jun and asked for the
cash, he didn't acknowledge that he had the cash at all. When asked for the
saving account, the practitioner's family member was extorted of 6,000 yuan
before it was returned. According to fellow practitioners, such things occur
frequently to Falun Dafa practitioners there. [Beijing City] Changping Weekly Defames Falun Dafa Changping Weekly in Beijing defames Falun Dafa. The whole newspaper is
full of articles attacking Dafa. The newspaper is delivered to every resident's
mailbox and poisons many people who don't know the truth. The most vicious part
of the newspaper is a large number of so-called "denouncement"
articles from practitioners who were forced to write when they were not
clear-minded, after long-term torture and brainwashing. These practitioners'
photos are published on the paper as well. We hope that practitioners who see
this news will send forth righteous thoughts together, eliminating the vicious
