A Taxi Driver Trusts Falun Gong Practitioners, and other Stories of People who Have Learned the Truth

One night a Dafa practitioner in Changchun stopped a taxi for a ride out of town. The driver dared not to take any passengers, saying, "too many bad guys nowadays!" he said. This practitioner told him that he was a Falun Gong practitioner. Upon hearing this, the driver replied "Let's go. I will drive whoever practices Falun Gong."

When a friend and I ran into each other one day, she told me she wanted to learn Falun Gong. She said Falun Gong practitioners become younger and younger. I asked her if she dared to practice Falun Gong, knowing the terrible images TV stations spread. She replied, "Nowadays, only fools would believe those lies on TV."

One day I took my little niece to a clinic. The doctor said to me: "You must be practicing Falun Gong." "How did you know?" I replied. She explained, "Falun Gong practitioners are peaceful and compassionate, and a lot of them have rosy complexions." At the end of the visit, the doctor even asked me for a copy of Zhuan Falun.

To avoid further persecution, a Dafa practitioner was forced to leave her home and stay at her relative's home temporarily. The practitioner helped with the household chores and clarified the truth based on each person's situation. In the beginning, her relatives displayed negative attitudes towards Dafa because of the TV propaganda. After living together for a while, they saw the Dafa practitioner's benevolence. They notice how diligent a Dafa practitioner was about minding the details of her own conduct and how thoughtful she was towards other people. It was totally different from the lies spread on TV. Therefore, with clear minds they realized the truth about Dafa The younger sister said, "I will not believe whatever bad messages are spread about Dafa; seeing is believing. Falun Dafa is just so good. I will argue with whoever spreads rumors." Because both sisters showed supportive attitudes towards Dafa and sympathized with Dafa practitioners, the elder sister's long-term high blood pressure disappeared. In addition, their business started running better and better.

A relative of mine suffered from serious liver disease in the fall of 2002. After I clarified the truth of Falun Gong to him, he understood it completely. He was getting better and better during his stay in the hospital. Upon his discharge, I gave him a pamphlet and asked him to hold on to it. He gladly accepted it. Now, he has totally recovered.
