Xie Shumei On September 16, 2003, some deluded individuals reported Ms. Xie Shuhong and Ms.
Xie Shumei to police while they were distributing Dafa truth-clarifying flyers to people. Police
later took them to Shulan City Detention Center. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Probable Police Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Wang
Fengqing Ms. Wang Fengqing, 56 years old, living on Zhuanshan Street, Pingshan District,
is a retired sales person for the Hongda Goods Company. At around 3:00 p.m. on September 14, 2003,
she went out to clarify the truth to people with some handouts she had with her. She has not been
seen since. Her whereabouts are unknown till now. Her family members have reported her missing at

truth in Dandong City and later sentenced him to three years of forced labor. On August 30, 2003,
Zhang Xiansheng and fellow practitioner Mr. Zhang Ziyang walked out of the forced labor camp with
righteous thoughts. Policemen from Dandong City followed them to Xiliujiazi Village, Lagu Township.
They are staking out Zhang's home, attempting to arrest him. They also offered a reward of 5,000

in Hunan Province's People's Hospital Ms. Chen Heping, 40 years old, is an employee of the Medical Records Office for
Hunan Province's People's Hospital. In the first half of 2001 she was abducted from her unit to
Changsha City's Mental Hospital and held for over four months by lawless officials from the
"610 Office"* and hospital personnel. They injected her with medicine that caused her to
become mentally disoriented. In 2003, Chen Heping was abducted when she was working and till now her
