Director Of The International Center Of Culture In Albania: "I Want To Express My Solidarity With Falun Dafa."

(Clearwisdom.net) From the 22nd to the 26th of September, Dafa practitioner and artist Zhang Cuiying held a successful exhibition of her traditional Chinese paintings at the International Center of Culture in Tirana City, the Capital of Albania.

Mrs. Isaku, who is a director of the International Center of Culture, is a warm, kind-hearted person. She told Dafa practitioners: "The mission of the Center is to hold art exhibitions, including painting exhibitions. All board members reviewed Zhang Cuiying's catalogue. They all liked her paintings and we felt that because the quality was good we wanted to host it."

Many Albanian people know about China and Chinese culture. Mrs. Isaku told the reporter, "I knew something of Chinese culture before. I like Chinese culture and have always been attracted to it. I saw the artist's works from her catalogue, but this is the first time I have seen her paintings in real life." She likes Zhang Cuiying's works "not only because of the quality but also because of the spirit of the paintings. They're nothing to do with politics - different meanings come from her heart."

She is also sympathetic to Cuiying, who was a victim of brutal persecution at the hands of Jiang Zemin's regime because she practices Falun Dafa. She says that she knows what persecution means to an artist. She was imprisoned and isolated for thirteen years because her husband, who was a writer, was considered someone affected by the West during the communist period.

Mrs. Isaku said she was "very impressed by the people who are not only friends of Cuiying but also Falun Dafa practitioners from other countries who helped with the exhibition every day. I want to express my solidarity with Falun Dafa."
