Hubei Province Police Officer Dies after Persecuting Falun Gong and Committing Many Evil Deeds

Guan Qingming, former Wuluo Township Police Chief, Yunmeng County, Hubei Province died as a result of several cancer related diseases on July 25, 2003. He was only 33 years old at the time of his death. Guan Qingming actively followed Jiang Zemin's regime in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He was widely known for his illegally fines, home searches, swearing, and torturing Dafa practitioners. He mistreated practitioners and sent them to detention centers. Falun Gong practitioners repeatedly told him the truth and asked him not to persecute Falun Gong. Unfortunately, he refused to listen.

Chen Xinzhuang was the Party Secretary of Huaiyang County, Henan Province. During his tenure, especially since July 2003, he worked closely with Henan Province's "610 Office" officials to violently persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He declared openly on TV, "The Party controls the whole country. We will not release any Falun Gong practitioner under detention." During the two months after his TV speech, some 100 practitioners were persecuted. In the morning of September 26, 2003, he suddenly died in his bedroom.

Per the Wuhan Evening Daily (September 26, 2003), Wuhan City's Standing Committee of the People's Congress fired Yang Shihong as a city police chief, citing serious financial corruption. Hubei Provincial Disciplinary Committee decided to arrest him for further investigation. Yang Shihong was involved in persecuting many Falun Gong practitioners.
