Torture Mr. Chu Houyou, over 30 years old, is a Dafa practitioner from Benxi City who has
been detained for one year. He is currently at Benxi City's Weining Forced Labor Camp. Chu Houyou

arbitrarily taken away from home. She was sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, but the camp refused
to admit this practitioner because of her poor health. The authorities have refused to release him,

brochures and CDs left. It was reported that Chen was beaten and tortured after she was arrested.
