The Lawless Officials Who Persecute Falun Gong Are Despised by the People

(Clearwisdom.net) Those who closely follow Jiang in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners are in fact also the same ones who are corrupt, wretched, and the dregs of humanity in the community. It's a common phenomenon. Let's take a look at some of these people in Mengyin County, Shandong Province.

Jiang Yongjian and his followers

Jiang Yongjian, the former Party secretary for Taoxu Town, Mengyin County, is a law-breaker who has savagely tortured and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.

In the beginning, when Jiang Yongjian first came to Taoxu Town and started his term as Party Secretary, he had said viciously, "If any officials are found out to be corrupt, I will cuff his hands [meaning throw him into prison]." Just before he finished his term, his own "hands" were cuffed because of rampant corruption. The one who had made a great effort to label himself as a "clean" official eventually became a prisoner of his own doing.

There is a quite notorious scandal about Jiang Yongjian. Once he went to Hehuazhang Village in the forest park of Meng Mountain and held a mass meeting for the village. He said at this mass meeting, "Have you ever seen a senior official such as me to come to your small village to give a speech? I bet you haven't." His words made the villagers burst out laughing.

Such a corrupt official became a hatchet man for Jiang after he started the persecution of Falun Gong. Four years ago, just after July 20, 1999, Jiang Yongjian and the former head of the Taoxi Town, Liu Xingshi, immediately led the crooks in the town government and its branches and plotted the vicious persecution against the practitioners. They blindfolded the practitioners, and cruelly beat and tortured them.

Between February 1^st and 2nd, 2000 (Chinese calendar), more than 150 practitioners had been brutally beaten. Those callous people went to a restaurant to drink and eat first and then started their savage actions. They used wooden rods, police batons, chairs, boards, freshly cut bamboo and other items to beat the practitioners, on any places on their bodies, regardless whether they were male or female, young or old. Some practitioners were beaten to the point of bleeding from noses and mouths, while some had swollen faces and lost their vision. Six practitioners immediately lost consciousness. These thugs put helmets on the heads of the practitioners and then violently beat the helmets with the rods. They poured cold water from the top of the practitioners' heads and soaked their cotton-padded clothes. Then they dragged the practitioners out into the cold to freeze them. After the barbarous beatings they required the practitioners to pay large fines. They continued to torture those who could not afford to pay these fines. In just this one incident, they collected illegal fines amounting to 700,000 yuan (about $87,500). Out of the more than 150 practitioners, fifteen of them were fined 8,000 yuan each and the rest were fined 4,000 yuan each. After they collected the money, they retrieved the receipts they had given the practitioners earlier and tore them up.

The savage conduct by these party committee people and the law-breaking enforcers from the local government from Taoxu Town was highly praised by the government of Mengyin County and Linyi City. Taoxu Town became the "model" for persecuting Falun Gong and the experiences gained there were recommended to other local governments in the whole county. The practitioners who would not retaliate when being hit or insulted became their targets, while those lawless and diabolical thugs became the "models" to be learned from.

This is a true portrayal of the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime. When this page of the history is turned over, their bloody savagery will be the indisputable evidence and they will be punished

Jiang Yongjian, Liu Xingshi, Mo Guangli, Bao Xitang, Gao Baohua, Li Taide, Luu Yixun, Hu Faming, Zhang Zhaohui, Li Zhenguo, Qin Zhenzhi, Zhang Chengwen, Zhang Chenwu, Liu Zhimin, the head of the town police station Liu Yong, the deputy head of the police station Li Changxiang, the party head Zhang Daoxin, police officer Liu Jie, Diao Chuanjun, Hou Jimin and others.

A brute in the eyes of the common people

Everyone knows that Mo Guangli, the deputy head man for Taoxu Town in Mengyin County, Shandong Province is a wretch. He visits prostitutes and gambling houses, is greedy and corrupt and is capable of many bad deeds. He was especially good at philandering.

His viciousness and ruthlessness was evident when he was in charge of controlling birthrates. He beat, arrested and fined people, and acted indecently. When he was in charge of farm taxes, he arrested those who were poor and temporarily couldn't pay the tax, and tormented them in the town government. When he was in charge of measuring the houses those who couldn't afford to pay the fee had to suffer from him, because he would lead people to tear down the wall in their yards. People despise him and know he is a bad man who would do anything.

Since the onset of the persecution of Falun Gong, he became the evil hand of Jiang and displayed his true evil nature in persecuting those practitioners who would not retaliate when being beaten or insulted. He arrested the practitioners, searched their homes, broke down their doors or jumped into the yard at midnight to forcibly get into the practitioners' homes. He would steal their money or their bank savings card, and put it directly into his own pocket. It's hard to describe in words how cruelly he beat the practitioners. He would call the doctor to be on the spot while he was beating the practitioners. When the practitioners who lost consciousness from the beating were revived and regained consciousness, he would continue to beat them. In the wintertime he would pour cold water on those practitioners who fainted to make them wake up. The concrete floor was covered in the practitioners' blood. With the vicious light in his eyes, he still inhumanly cried out, "We'll count it as suicide if I kill you."

Mo Guangli used to be a teacher. When he helped the government to collect loans, he became known for viciously beating those who didn't have money to pay. He was promoted to the town's deputy head because of his utter, depraved violence.

Three other vicious, fiendish enforcers are the brothers Zhang Chengwen and Zhang Chengwu (from Tuanbu Village) and Qin Zhenzhi (from Gaodu Village). They often said that they like to beat the Falun Gong practitioners. In fact, they would also beat half to death other people such as those who violate the birth control rules. Some victims were even disabled from the beatings. They cruelly treated those farmers who couldn't pay the money for group collection as well. Some were beaten to the point of injury; others couldn't endure this any longer and drank poison to commit suicide.

The above are the crimes committed by these lawless officials in the Taoxu Town government. These officials are the thugs that Jiang's regime hired with the people's money.

A bad person known by all of the villagers

Li Zhenguo from Taoxu Town is one who has no human conscience and human nature. Inside information reveals that the reason for his promotion to the head of the office this year was for his actions in persecuting Falun Gong. Everyone knows he is bad, and so does he. He has harmed many people and all the villagers despise him.

For several years he has not missed any opportunities to persecute the Dafa practitioners, such as forcibly breaking into their homes and confiscating their property and arresting them. This became his favorite work. He hates any practitioner who just wanted to be a good person. He rails against Dafa and Master. He would think up anything to persecute the practitioners. Many practitioners suffer his torments, such as savage torture, fines, and having their homes ransacked. Many have been forced to leave their homes and be separated from their families.

The head of the Judicial Institute violates the law while enforcing the law

Shi Yunduan, head of the Judicial Institute for Mengyin County, abides closely by the orders from Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong. He has broken into and searched the practitioners' homes, and willfully beat the practitioners and their family members. In the name of searching for Dafa materials, he has stolen large amounts of money from the practitioners and much of this went into his own pocket. His viciousness and evilness allowed him to become head of the "610 Office."* During his term he used all kinds of methods such as threatening, deceiving or openly commanding to collect money and property. He openly said that it all depended him how large a fine should be, who should be sent to a labor camp, detention center or brainwashing class. Under such threats, out of their concerns for the practitioners, many family members were extorted and large amounts of money went into Shi's pocket. He has a vicious brother called Shi Yunrui, and many practitioners suffered his abuse and torment.

Stop doing evil! Leave a way out for yourselves

Since July 1999, when Jiang's regime started to brutally persecute Falun Gong, a group of thugs from Taoxu Town, Mengyin County, Shandong Province, driven by their thirst for notoriety and personal interests, started the persecution of kind practitioners. Between July of 1999 and July of 2002, in three years, many bloody crimes have been committed such as arresting practitioners, ransacking practitioners' homes and brutally beating the practitioners. The major people and units involved are the party secretary Jiang Yongjian, Liu Zhimin, Liu Yuande, and persons from the "610 Office" in the county, Liu Yong from the town police station, and Li Changxiang. Practitioner Liu who has been illegally sentenced had borrowed about 2,000 Yuan from a relative for his daughter's school tuition, but this money was confiscated during a search, resulting in his child having to quit school.

In February 2000, more than 100 practitioners were arrested and detained. They suffered barbarous tortures and were assessed heavy fines, from several thousand yuan to thirty thousand yuan. The total fine was close to a million yuan. More than 100 families suffered miserably. The people involved in this segment of the persecution are the former party secretary Jiang Yongjian, Liu Xinshi, Li Weidong, Gao Baohua, Mo Guangli, Zhang Zhaohui, Luu Yixiang, Bao Xitang, Mo Guangliang, Lai Yanlu, Li Qiang, Zhang Chengwen, Zhang Chengwu, the head of the local police station Liu Yong, and Li Changxiang, Diao Chuanjun, and Zheng Jie.

In 2001, at the end of summer and early of fall, led by the party secretary Liu Zhimin, Mo Guangli, Bao Xitang, Luu Hu and others started another large scale round of persecution against the practitioners, searching their homes, arresting and detaining people, torturing and fining them.

In four years, in Taoxu Town alone, five practitioners were sentenced with prison terms as long as eight years; six practitioners were sent to a labor camp; and dozens of practitioners were forced to leave home and go from place to place to escape further persecution.
