Falun Dafa Cured the Life Threatening Blood Condition I Had for Over 20 Years

I'm forty-one years old and I am a Falun Dafa practitioner. Today I'd like to use my own experiences to tell those people who still do not understand the truth about Dafa, how wonderful and mysterious it is.

When I was eleven years old, due to my allergies to medicine, I was diagnosed with "Aplastic Anemia" or bone marrow failure. If the anemia became very serious, I could not take care of myself and would have to rely on medicine to keep me alive.

For the past twenty years, the medicine that I have taken would have filled a truckload and my medical expenses were more than one hundred thousand yuan. Regarding my career, my goals and family, all these things I wished for, but was unable to achieve. When I became a teenager, the illness became even worse. Because of a low platelet count, the bleeding of my first menstruation was more than ten days and I still could not stop, and my body could not sustain it any more. I went to the hospital for a blood transfusion and had to get an injection to stop the bleeding.

This only solved my problem this one time. Next month and each subsequent month, I had the same problem. My illness broke my parents' hearts. In order to cure me, my parents contacted all the hospitals in the whole country and I had taken all the medicine that claimed it could cure this illness including all kinds of private therapy, but none of the medications worked.

One day in 1985, I felt my stomach was swollen, my whole body was weak and I was short of breath, my parents immediately sent me to the hospital and the doctor said I had a broken vessel in my stomach (it was blood in my swollen stomach). The doctor told my parents that I needed an operation, but the probability of success was not very high. It was possible that I would not make if off the operating table. Later on, there were a couple of expert doctors who used some special medicine, and then the bleeding stopped.

When my illness was at its worst, my red blood cells were very low. I was brought back from the brink of death so many times. There was one time, the injection and blood transfusion were not working and finally I was injected with platelets to save my life. This kind of emergency case happened so many times, I couldn't even remember how many times. My heart broke when I saw my parents' hair turn white because of worrying about my illness and hated that my body was so useless. I felt that my life had no meaning and lost the strength to fight my illness.

In the winter of 1998, a friend of mine visited me. She told me that her illness was cured after practicing Falun Gong and she suggested that I learn. By looking at her healthy pink face and happy attitude, I really could not believe that she used to get sick all the time and was now so healthy and happy. Therefore I began to wonder if Falun Gong really is so magical? I started to practice Falun Gong.

In the beginning, I was just thinking to try it out, but after reading Teacher's book and listening to his lectures on video tape, I understood the purpose of life, why people live and how they should live. After continuing to study the Fa, I changed my thoughts a lot. On the subject of dealing with people and doing things, I did my best to follow Dafa's teachings and standard. My illness became better every passing day and I gradually stopped taking medicine.

My illness is now cured and I do not take medicine any more. It was impossible for me to do this before learning Falun Dafa. My physical condition is now very good and I don't catch colds any more. I know that it is Falun Dafa that cured my disease and it is Teacher who gave me a second life.

Here, I would like to use my own experiences to tell those people who still do not understand that Falun Dafa is a righteous Way and that it has a very profound science behind it, because I was one of people that benefited from it.
