On November 3, 2002, the North District of Tangshan Road Court brought the following Dafa practitioners before the court: Ms. Guo Xiaohui, Ms. Zhang Yunping, Mr. An Zhenjie, Mr. Sun Jianzhong, Mr. Han Xueyu, and Mr. Zhang Jinlu. They were arrested for producing Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials. The court did not notify their families. Details of the trial are unknown.

Jinan City Dafa practitioner Mr. Feng Qingdong lived at the west end of Jinsi Road, Jinan City, Shandong Province. In early September 2003, while Mr. Feng Qingdong was busy with household chores, a group of policemen forced their way into his home and abducted him. Rescue efforts of people who shall remain anonymous allowed Mr. Feng to regain his freedom about four to five days later. Regrettably, the police demanded that Mr. Feng come to the police station daily to discuss his personal thoughts. Mr. Feng refused to comply with the unlawful police request. He was certain that he had not violated any law. Just before the National Day of the Chinese Communist Party on October 1, the police, without any valid reason, abducted Mr. Feng again. He was sentenced to a year in a forced labor camp.

Officials from neighborhood administration committees in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province recently began harassing Dafa practitioners at their homes. They attempt to coerce them into signing the "Guarantee Statement" to renounce Falun Gong. They also threaten them with forced brainwashing classes.

In mid-October 2003, the police abducted Jinan City Dafa practitioner Ms. Huang Min from her home. She was taken to a psychiatric institution where she was tortured by methods used to treat psychiatric patients. The police also had her husband fired from his job because Ms. Huang practices Falun Gong. Her husband was a leader in the Chinese military.

The Kunshan City Police Station abducted Ms. Huang Jinling, a Dafa practitioner from Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, on the afternoon of November 6, 2003.

From November 2002 to September 2003, Ms. Huang Jinling was forced into homelessness to escape persecution. In September 2003, Ms. Huang discovered on her return home that the Jiaxing City police had abducted her daughter, Ms. Chen Yinghua, also a Dafa practitioner. She had been sent to the hospital after holding a hunger strike. The police prohibited her from visiting her daughter in the hospital. On November 6, 2003, the local police required that Ms. Huang come to the police station, where they seized her. Her current whereabouts is unknown.

Since the Chinese New Year Festival in February 2003, Dafa practitioners at a secret area in Hubei Province set up many Fa study groups. They wanted to assure that practitioners were able to study the Fa together. Because of their collective efforts, the Fa-rectification environment and work efforts have truly been a success. Their cultivation experience-sharing topics included the current Fa-rectification progress, the sending of righteous thoughts, and righteous actions. This was instrumental for fellow practitioners making great strides forward in their cultivation. After the experience-sharing meetings, everyone became steadfast, strove forward more vigorously, and were able to cultivate as one body and carry out well the three missions that Teacher asked of all Dafa practitioners.

Mr. Li Rongqing is a 20-year-old Dafa practitioner, who disguised himself as Mr. Li Hui to escape the persecution. About a week ago, the police abducted Mr. Li Rongqing from his residence in Beijing.

Mr. Li Rongqing was a graduate student at the Tongji University in Shanghai. He used to join Falun Gong group practice at the group practice site at Tongji University. After July 20, 1999, Mr. Li Rongqing traveled to many places, including Beijing, Dalian, Chang Chun, Songyuan, Shandong, etc., and befriended many fellow practitioners. Mr. Li Rongqing was arrested by the police many times. Sadly, he has not yet recovered from foot wounds.

Recently, Jilin Province began abducting Dafa practitioners and sending them to forced brainwashing classes. These dens of torture, especially Jilin Prison and Heizuizi Prison, stepped up their brutal torture of Dafa practitioners.
