(Clearwisdom.net) [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Remembering the Deeds of Practitioner Liu
Chengjun I am a Falun Dafa practitioner from the Changchun area of Jilin Province. Due
to persecution at Department No.1 of Changchun Public Security Bureau, I was
transferred to the Surgery Section of Changchun Public Security Hospital on
March 21, 2002. In April, Falun Gong practitioners staying in the hospital were
gathered into Room 4, where I was, under the pretense of the doctor doing an
examination. Liu Chengjun was handcuffed even in the hospital. But the police
removed his handcuffs that day. Not long after, three people from the television
station entered with the director of the Prison Executive Office. A female
reporter asked Liu Chengjun several questions. Liu Chengjun did not answer in
order not to be taken advantage of. When he saw the two male photographers were
ready to take pictures, Liu Chengjun pulled a quilt to cover his face. He did
not cooperate with the evil. At the time, the prisoner who was in charge,
carried me away, and other practitioners were sent out of the room as well.
After a while, I was carried back to my room. Liu Chengjun was still there. And
the director of the Prison Executive Office looked very frustrated. Liu
Chengjun's righteous thoughts and righteous behavior foiled the evils' scheme. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Li Haiyan's Life Is in
Danger due to Torture at Harbin Female Prison Li Haiyan is from Yangshu Town in the Elunchun Autonomous Tribe of the Inner
Mongolia Autonomous Region. Jiagedaqi Court in Heilongjiang Province illegally
sentenced her to 13 years in prison. Currently she is being detained at Section
Seven of Harbin Female Prison. Due to persecution, her life is in great danger.
She has been transferred to the Patients Section. Relevant people involved in the persecution: Wang Xing, president of the prison: 86-451-86359454 [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Guiming Tortured
in Detention Tonghua practitioner Wang Guiming was illegally arrested at Tonghua Cultural
Market in the summer of 2002. He was then sentenced to seven years in prison,
and jailed in Jilin Prison. During detention, Wang Guiming was persecuted with
inhumane torture methods like the "Dead Man's Bed" [a kind of
torture where a special bed is used to tie practitioners to---by translator]
and "Riding an Airplane" [a painful torture with one's hands bent
to the back and body laying on the floor---by translator] among others. He
was confined in a solitary compartment, hung up and force-fed. But he never
yielded to the persecution. Police guards told his family members that he was
experiencing an illness called "Water in the Lungs". He is extremely
weak and has been sent to Jilin Prison Administrative Central Hospital. But, his
family members are not allowed to see him. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Liu Junhua has been on a
Hunger Strike for Over a Week Practitioner Liu Junhua has been on a hunger strike for over a week at
Jiamusi Prison, protesting the persecution. Currently he is in very poor
condition, but the prison refuses to release him. His mother came to see him

Searched Since the end of October, Qiqihar practitioner Zhang Jiqiu has been illegally
tracked down, and his (her) family has been searched and their property
confiscated. Currently, Zhang Jiqiu and another practitioner whose name is
unknown became destitute and homeless. Recently, due to persecution in the big cities, small counties and prisons
being escalated, many truth-clarifying material sites were sabotaged. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Party Secretary Deng Weilong plots to
Escalate the Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners Deng Weilong, the Party Secretary of Zhanjiang City, instructed his people to
escalate the persecution of local Falun Dafa practitioners. Not long ago, a
brainwashing class was held locally, and several dozen practitioners were

Beijing Shenyang practitioner Yu Ming was illegally arrested when he (she) went to
Lugu Police Substation to pick up a handbag he (she) lost around 4:00 pm on
October 29, 2003. He (She) hasn't come back yet. [Hunan Province] Attention to Hunan Practitioners Recently, the provincial government and provincial public security department
held a conference with the government officers from all levels of Hunan Province
in attendance. Arrangements were made in the meeting to further "crack
down" on Falun Gong and to dig out the so-called "underground
organizations" and "kernel members" in Falun Gong. According to
practitioners' analysis, this meeting had something to do with Jiang's visit to
Changsha City a while ago. [Jilin Province] Suggestion of Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts at the Top of
7:00 pm, 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm Every Day Recently, Dafa practitioner Liu Chengjun's life is in great danger due to
persecution, which makes us become more clear in mind that the persecution is
going on all the time. Zhao Guifeng, detained at Hezuizi Prison, has been on a
hunger strike for many days. When she was force-fed recently, the pipe could not
be inserted into her nose any longer due to the wounds cause by the
force-feeding. However, the evil refused to release her. Zhang Zhongyu, a
practitioner from Dalian City has been on a hunger strike for days at the Tiebei
Detention Center and his life is in great danger now. At the Shuangyang
Detention Center, needles were used to penetrate through practitioners' ten
fingers until they touched practitioners' finger joints. Then the needles were
turned constantly. This is one of the most vicious torture methods. One female
practitioner was tortured this way for a whole month simply because she went on
a hunger strike, protesting the illegal detention. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Team Two of the Longshan Forced Labor Camp
Persecutes Falun Dafa Practitioners Brutally Tang Yubao, vice head of Team Two of the Longshan Forced Labor Camp often
beat up practitioners who insisted on their beliefs. Jiang Yingxin was beaten up
for not giving up her belief. She went on a hunger strike protesting the
persecution. She became extremely weak after two months of hunger striking. Even
her blood vessels became flat and hard to find when she was given an intravenous
drip. She was sent to a hospital recently. We don't know whether she is still
alive or not. Wang Lijuan's detention was extended three months after completion of
consecutive terms in Team Two. In addition, the police had a group of criminal
prisoners beat her up. They beat and kicked her from the third floor to the main
floor. Consequently, her head was seriously wounded, and now, her head keeps

Life Wang Jingang, 25 years old, from Baicheng City, is a former student of the
Arts Department of Jilin Engineering Institute. In August 1999, he went to
Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. After he came back from Beijing, he was
dismissed from the school. In October 2001, he was illegally arrested for
distributing truth-clarifying materials at Erdaozi District of Changchun City.
It has been two years since then. Nobody knows where he is. His family members
and friends worry about his life and have been looking for him everywhere. The Erdaozi Public Security Branch in Changchun City has illegally sentenced
many Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labor and prison. Some practitioners
were persecuted to death. The Erdaozi Public Security Branch should be held
fully responsible for the disappearance of Wang Jingang. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp Overworks
Falun Gong Practitioners Currently, Team Three of the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp has a contract for
making paper products (one time use for covering toilets) for export. In order
to make more profit, practitioners are forced to work a long time every day
including weekends unless there is a shortage of raw materials or the machine is
broken. Practitioners are not allowed to rest after meals. Except for the three
meals, practitioners work about twelve hours a day without rest. Plus, they have
to count the numbers while folding the paper products. They usually have a
headache, sore limbs and cannot see things clearly after a day's work. Practitioners are not just overworked without rest, but they also are
constantly forced to increase their workloads. The camp uses threats,
intimidation and physical abuse to keep everyone working. In order to manufacture more products, practitioners were forced to work
during the National Day holidays. On October 2, before the officers from the
Judicial Bureau came to inspect, police guards told practitioners, "If you
are asked why you work during holidays, you should answer that you work
voluntarily." [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Wang Jinfeng was Illegally
Arrested On November 2, 2003, Qianjing Branch of Jiamusi Public Security Bureau
illegally arrested Ms. Wang Jinfeng and Ms. Gao Yulan (in her seventies). Their
homes were searched illegally. Later on, Gao Yulan was released. However, Wang
Jinfeng is still being detained at the Jiamusi Detention Center. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Wen Chunying Illegally
Detained at the Shijiazhuang Brainwashing Center Ms. Wen Chunying is an employee from the Archives Bureau of Qiaodong
District, Shijiazhuang City. In late fall of 2002, she was illegally arrested
while studying the Fa together with other practitioners in Cheng'an County. She
was sent to the Shijiazhuang Brainwashing Center earlier this summer. It has

Xingtai Brainwashing Class Three Falun Dafa practitioners (one in her seventies, two in their fifties)
from Shahe City were reported on and illegally arrested while clarifying the
truth of Dafa in mountainous areas. At the local detention center, they went on
a hunger strike for over ten days and became very weak. However, they were sent
to the Xingtai Brainwashing Class anyway. The brainwashing class didn't accept
them for fear that they might have to take responsibility if the practitioners
died in the class. However, the "610 Office" reported to Qu Bing,
Party Secretary of Shahe Politics & Law Committee who insisted that the
brainwashing class accept the practitioners for intensified persecution in spite
of the weakness of the three practitioners on hunger strike. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Criminal Misconduct of the "610
Office" at Linpan Oil Drilling Plant The "610 Office" at Linpan Oil Drilling Plant of Shengli Oil Field
brutally persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners. Ms. Li Chunwu, 50 years old, was
illegally arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials. It's been
three months since she was detained in Team Five of Jinan Female Forced Labor
Camp. Every day, she was forced to labor over ten hours. Sometimes, she has to
work until midnight and start early again the next morning. Police require her
family members not only to bring their ID cards and household booklets when
visiting her at the camp, but also to slander Falun Dafa. Otherwise, her family

Forced Labor Camp In October 2003, Yidu practitioner Xiao Gang was illegally sentenced to one
year of forced labor for distributing truth-clarifying materials. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Police Check Rental Houses in Order to
Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners It was learned that the police in Shenyang City are working hard to check
rental houses. They would pry open the door after knocking twice. Some
practitioners were illegally arrested during the process. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Perseucted Ms. Jia Rongjuan, 47-year-old, is from Shenze County. She has been to Beijing
many times in order to validate Dafa. By the end of 2000, police illegally broke
into her home and searched for Dafa materials and banners. Jia was illegally
arrested and detained at the local detention center. In March 2001, she was
illegally sentenced to forced labor for three years. All kinds of torture means
couldn't change her righteous belief in Dafa. In April 2003, she was secretly
sent to Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province for intensified persecution.
Her family members were not allowed to visit her. Ms. He Qing, 22 years old, is from Shenze County. By the end of 2000, she
went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa. She was illegally arrested and detained in
the local detention center. One year later, she was sentenced to a forced labor
camp, where she was subjected to all kinds of torture. Under high pressure and
extreme torture, she was so called "transformed" and released. After
exchanging experiences with fellow practitioners, she realized that she was
wrong and declared solemnly that the statement she wrote was null and void. In
early 2002, she went to Beijing to validate Dafa again. After that, she was
arrested again and detained with Team Five of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor
Camp. Her current situation is yet unknown. Ms. Wang Junlan, in her fifties, is from Shenze County. In July 2003, she
went to the local government to clarify the truth of Falun Dafa. She was

Practitioners who had become destitute and homeless in order not to be illegally
detained and some material sites were discovered. Practitioners at home are
being harassed to a certain extent as well. Ms. Zhao Linru, a practitioner from Mancheng County, was illegally arrested
during a large scale search for Dafa practitioners in 2002. She has been
detained at the Mancheng Detention Center ever since, and subject to all kinds
of torture. However, she has never yielded to the evil. Recently, it was heard
that Zhao is going to be illegally sentenced to prison. She might have been
transferred to the Baoding Detention Center. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Sun Liping Arrested Sun Liping, a practitioner from Songjiang River of Fusong County, Baishan
City, Jilin Province, was arrested while putting up truth-clarifying posters at
Huludao. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] 4400 "Patrol Guards" Are
Enrolled Since October 29, 2003, a new round of enrollment has been going on in
Shenyang City for security "patrol guards". According to a local
newspaper, about 4400 people are to be enrolled. Many practitioners' unemployed
family members registered as well. However, the police substation singled them
out. Currently in Shenyang City, every community has four "patrol
guards", helping police to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners. Their main task
is to inspect people from outside the community. They start at 8:30 am in the
morning and work until 11:30 am. After a rest, they start again at 1:30 pm till
4:30 pm. They don't work on the weekends. Usually they patrol three times in the
morning and in the afternoon. They wear yellow uniforms that policemen used to
wear, with "Patrol Guard" characters on their sleeves. We call
attention to fellow practitioners who rent houses and distribute

District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province After an illegal trial in Beijing, she was detained in Changping. Last year,
she was taken back to Jinan City. She was forced to sew every day. According to
people that had been to the detention center, many practitioners were detained
there, including quite a few local practitioners. In 2002, Qiu Xiuxin's
father-in-law died. On October 18, 2002, her mother-in-law died too. Before her
mother-in-law died, Qiu Xiuxin's sister went to see her, wishing that Qiu Xiuxin
could see her mother-in-law before her death. Her sister wrote a "statement
of guarantee" for her in order that she could see her mother-in-law before
