A Dafa Practitioner Knocked on the Wrong Door and Saved My Life

I told an elderly woman about Falun Dafa two years ago. This year, she told me that Falun Dafa saved her life. This is her story.

In May of this year, a hospital examination revealed that both of my kidneys were deteriorating. The doctor told my family that I could not be cured. So, dependent on the medicine that kept me alive, I waited to die. The hospital bill was almost 300 thousand Chinese Yuan [500 Yuan is equal to the average monthly salary of an urban worker].

On June 8, a Falun Gong practitioner was on her way to deliver truth-clarifying materials to her friend. By mistake, she knocked on my door instead. I opened the door with difficulty. When this practitioner saw that I was in such terrible condition, she wanted to tell me the facts about Falun Gong and the persecution. I told her, "I am almost dead, and I don't have time to listen to truth-clarification. Somebody once recommended that I learn Falun Gong but my family did not permit it, so at that time, I didn't learn. Now please give me a Falun Gong book, let me read it."

A week later, she gave me a Falun Gong book, Zhuan Falun. I could only read the book while lying down. It took eight days for me to finish this book, after which, I could sit up to read. When I finished reading the book for the second time, I could walk and eat normally. After I finished reading it for the third time, I felt great from head to toe. I went to the hospital for an examination and found that everything had returned to normal. My family could not believe it. During the next few days, I went to the hospital for more examinations. Everything was still normal. My son asked me, "Did you swallow a cure-all?" I said, "I read Zhuan Falun three times." So my son said, "Since Falun Dafa is so good, you may continue to learn." From then on, my children tell everyone they meet: "Falun Dafa saved my mother's life!"
