I Have Gained Confidence in Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts

(Clearwisdom.net) A while ago, I was severely interfered with by some bad things, and my cultivation state was not good. I kept thinking that I had not cultivated as well as my fellow practitioners. Though I sent forth righteous thoughts on schedule, I could not stop myself from thinking that my righteous thoughts were not powerful enough and there was no effect in other dimensions. The evil took advantage of my omission. I acknowledged it and this greatly interfered with my confidence in sending forth righteous thoughts. For a period of time, I kept looking inward to find the cause each day, and deeply regretted that I did not do well. Sometimes I thought in my mind while sending forth righteous thoughts, "Master, are my righteous thoughts having an effect at all? I would be happy if I could eliminate just one evil being."

As a matter of fact, Master is watching us all the time, reminding and encouraging us at critical moments. On the nights of October 23 and 24, 2003, I dreamt about a scene that was occurring as I sent forth righteous thoughts.

On the night of October 23, I knew it was time to send forth righteous thoughts. A long black wave (it seemed to be some kind of animal) was running next to me through a tunnel. I knew this black thing was something bad. Both of us arrived in another dimension at the same time. I saw a lot of animals and demons in all shapes. I realized that they were all evil that should be eliminated, so I recited the Fa-rectification formula in my mind. All of a sudden all the degenerated things disappeared and I was back home. I woke up at that point.

On the night of October 24, I knew it was time to send forth righteous thoughts. Again a long black wave (it seemed to be a kind of animal) was rushing next to me through a tunnel to another dimension. As soon as we arrived, I immediately erected my hand in front of me. But it was trying to stop me, and I knew it was something bad. It tried to prevent me from holding my palm erect. I felt a filthy wind blowing into my face, and I fought with it. I could not erect my hand despite all my effort . I wanted to recite the Fa-rectification formula but something was in my throat stopping me. We fought for a while, and I was not afraid at all. All I was thinking of was that I would have to eliminate it. I felt it was difficult, so I asked Master to help me in my mind. All of a sudden everything disappeared. I was standing on an unpaved road in countryside, and I knew I had come back to the human world. I thought that I needed to go home. Then I woke up.

Though I may not have good enlightenment quality, I knew that as a Dafa disciple, I should do well the three things that Master has told us to do. I have a strong desire to send forth righteous thoughts. As a result, Master helped me to break through my barrier of not believing anything that I could not see with my eyes. Ever since those dreams, I have gained confidence in the power of my righteous thoughts, and my cultivation has improved dramatically. The reason I wrote my dreams down is to share them with fellow practitioners who have a similar problem. We have to believe in Master and believe in Dafa, and we should believe that Dafa disciples' righteous thoughts are powerful.
