Revealing the Nature of Jiang's Regime from the Perspective of Widespread Corruption in Xiangfan City, Hubei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 6, according to the Southern Weekly, the city of Xiangfan, Hubei Province uncovered more than 70 officials involved in corruption. Those officials include city and county officials, ranging from a municipal party committee secretary, to the Public Security Bureau, and the Industry & Commerce Bureau chiefs. A huge sum of money was involved. It is surprising to find a network of corruption involving so many people in a medium size city like Xiangfan. The hard-earned money of the common people has been falling into the pockets of these corrupt officials. It seems to reflect the corrupt governance of Jiang's regime. In China today, people believing in truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance often lose everything and their families are broken apart, while government officials who exploit the common people are promoted steadily.

These corrupt officials extorted 2,000 Yuan* from my family.

Policeman He Wei, in Shayang Forced Labor Camp, Hubei Province told a Falun Gong practitioner, "Corruption doesn't mean anything, but Falun Gong is the real threat." Jiang and his gang are so afraid of Falun Gong that they use any means at any cost to persecute kind and innocent Falun Gong practitioners. He Wei received a three-level promotion for persecuting Falun Gong.
