Brilliant Rays of Light in the Dark Night (Two Short Stories)

A female practitioner from Shuangchen City, Heilongjiang Province travelled to her parents' home to clarify the truth. Her relatives who have learned the truth know that Falun Dafa is good, and her nephew and niece wanted to help their aunt with truth clarification work. The 16-year-old niece went out to put up posters one night. Since it was very dark, she could not tell whether it was upside down or not. She thought, "It would be bad if I post it upside down." As soon as that thought came into her mind, all the characters on the truth clarification posters shone with golden rays of light. She pasted these posters one by one carefully and neatly. When she came back home she told her brother, "The truth clarification materials are very good. All the characters were shining with luminescence." Her aunt, who was standing by her, said with a smile, "It's not luminescence. It's because you have a good heart, and this wonderful sight was shown to you."

Then the nephew said, "Aunt, bring us more truth clarification materials next time you come, so that we can help you to post them all."

Falun Dafa practitioner Fang Wende (alias) is a businessman and often travels by car to oversee the transport of goods.

At about 2 o'clock in the morning on September 23, 2003, the car Fang Wende was travelling in was struck from behind by a heavy truck that was speeding. Fang's car was overturned and plummeted into a valley about 50-meters deep. The car's windshield was smashed to pieces and parts of the car were scattered everywhere. However, Fang Wende and four others in the car were all safe and sound. Only two of them had slight injuries. The five of them climbed up the cliff. One of them, still with lingering fear, said to Fang Wende, "If you did not practice Falun Dafa, the five of us would certainly be dead and no one would have been able to climb up the cliff. Falun Dafa is really wonderful!"
