The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The Man Who Is Both Political Judiciary Committee Secretary and "610 Office" Head Meets with Retribution in Taishan District, Shandong Province

Ever since July 20, 1999, Wang Shuchun, the secretary of the Political Judiciary Committee and also the "610 Office" Head in Taishan District, has actively followed Jiang and his regime in persecuting Falun Gong [The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]. He personally directed the arrest of more than 100 Falun Dafa practitioners, sending many to labor camps. He also held many brainwashing classes, persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners mentally, physically, and financially. Falun Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to him many times, but he never had any thoughts of regret. In October 2003, an egg-sized tumor was discovered near his kidney. He had to go to Jinan City to have one kidney removed and is now bedridden at home.

Vice Director of Tiexi Police Substation in Anda City, Heilongjiang Province, Meets with Retribution for Persecuting Falun Gong

Liu Zebo, vice director of Tiexi Police Substation in Anda City, illegally arrested Falun Dafa practitioners, handcuffing even the elderly practitioners and using deceptive methods to arrest them. Now, despite his usual good health, he has had to have his spleen removed.

Villain Duan Guofang in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, in Vegetative State after Brain Tumor Operation

Since July 20, 1999, Duan Guofang from Jinling Town Legal Institute in Zhaoyuan City was highly active in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners and was particularly cruel. He had a brain tumor, yet the operation was not successful, and he is now in a vegetative state.

Former Neighborhood Administration Chair, Liu Runde, Loses Eyesight

After July 20, 1999, former Binjiang Neighborhood Administration Chair Liu Runde in the Fengman District, Jilin City, Jilin Province used to take police to ransack Falun Dafa practitioners' homes, take away practitioners' books, and force practitioners to write the so-called "Guarantee Statement." He often kept a close watch on Falun Dafa practitioners and thought he would continue to be the chair because of his active involvement in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. He not only was not re-elected as the chair, but he lost sight in both eyes.

Three Examples of Immediate Retributions in Qinglong Township, Qu County, Chongqing City

1. Shuguang Village Head in Qinglong Township persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners and had to have an operation on the back of his head.
2. 39-year-old Shuguang Villager Chen Huarong made many accusations against Falun Dafa practitioners, resulting in practitioners being arrested. He was operated on in September and October and is now bedridden.
3. Qinglong Township Secretary Yang Feinan, a man in his 40's, slandered Falun Dafa. He had to have an operation in September.

Vicious Police Officer Who Arrested and Tortured Falun Dafa Practitioners Died from Liver Cancer

Ever since July 20, 1999, former police officer Xie Zenghui from Fangezhuang Township, Luan County, Hebei Province, vigorously followed Jiang's order to persecute Falun Dafa. All Falun Dafa practitioners in the township were persecuted. Three practitioners were particularly tortured. One was tortured twice with "Tying the Ropes" (see illustration, Figure 9 on http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2001/11/24/16156.html) and took 50 days to recover. Another practitioner was detained for 2 months. In the fall of 2001, Xie suddenly died from liver cancer. He was only 35 years old and used to be very strong. The local villagers were shocked.
