Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province walked away from the courtroom with righteous

Huaiming and Wu Zilong are Illegally Sentenced between 13 to 16 years Dafa Practitioners Mr. Liu Haixiao, Mr. Li Huaiming and Mr. Wu Zilong of
Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province received a heavy sentence.
The fabricated charges read: damaging television systems. Liu Haixiao and Li
Huaiming were sentenced to 16 years, and Wu Zilong to 13 years. They are now
detained at Jilin Province Jail. Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Xinling (the wife of Liu Haixiao) is illegally
sentenced to 2 years, and detained in Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in
Jilin Province. 3. [Huilai County, Guangdong Province] Eight Female Dafa Practitioners are
Illegally Seized and Sentenced According to information from Huilai County, Guangdong Province: In the
middle of May 2003, eight female Dafa practitioners of Huilai County were
illegally arrested, as well as illegally sentenced in October. They are Lin
Huijuan (1 year), Wang Wenshuang (1 year), Lin Meiling (3 years), Liu Zhaodi (1
year), Zhang Yuxi (3 years), Fang Qi (3 years), Xie Liumei (3 years), Fang Li (3
years). 4. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Yang Xiufen and Xiao
Guofen are Illegally Sentenced Liaoning Province Chaoyang City Dafa practitioners Ms. Yang Xiufen and Ms.
Xiao Guofen went to Jianping County to clarify the truth, but were illegally
arrested by the Hebei Police Station of the Jianping County Public Security
Bureau. They were brutally tortured by the police, and forced to kneel down for
a long time. A short fat policeman surnamed Gao slapped their faces with his
hands and with books. He broke many books and threatened, "We are veteran

at Lingyuan Police Department No. 1 Station. 6. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Jiang Visited Huaihua City in Hunan
Province After the October 20, Jiang visited No. 2 missile forces army base in Shimen
town, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. During recent months, Jiang travelled to
Changsha, Hengyang City of Hunan Province, and to Huaihua City. Wherever he

Practitioners After Jiang went to Wuhan City in Hubei Province in September and applied
pressure, the Hubei Province "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to
persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in
the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.] ordered to not
only arrest Wuhan Dafa practitioners, but also requested all "610 Offices" in
every county and city to send a certain number of Dafa practitioners to the
provincial brainwashing center. Different torture methods are being used to
torment Dafa practitioners, such as a kind of small iron cage with nails
everywhere. People can neither sit nor stand, moreover they even showed off that
they would cremate practitioners if they do not "transform." 8. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Dafa Practitioners
Validate Dafa Before the National Day, Jiangxi Province Jiujiang City organized the
middle-aged to elderly people of the entire city (contains ten counties and one
city) to climb Lushan Mountain. Dafa practitioners knew about this event, and in
order to clarify the truth to the people, they posted several dozens of stickers
along the route on the day before the event. They wanted people to know that
Jiang is being sued worldwide, as well as the police's persecution of Dafa
practitioners. It helped many people understand the truth. October 1 was the first long holiday of the year,the sky was clear and the
weather was pleasant. Thus many tourists visited Lushan Mountain. Especially
between the 1st to the 3rd October, Dafa practitioners
used this precious chance to tell people the facts of Falun Gong. On the evening
of the 1st, some practitioners hung signs, some posted stickers, and
some handed out flyers. After they finished, everyone returned safely home. From
the night of the 2nd until now, the roads on the mountain have been
very light. This frightened the evil terribly. 9. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Dafa Practitioner Yang Yongchao is Illegally
Arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Yongchao is an employee of Donghua Engineering
Science and Technology Proprietary Limited at Hefei City, Anhui Province. She
was illegally taken away when working in the office on the morning of October
22, 2003. Her whereabouts are still unknown. The Perpetrators: Xie Siheng, Security Officer, "610 Office" personnel. This person has caused
many Dafa practitioners of the company to be illegally taken to the brainwashing
center. 10. [Baobai County, Guangxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Lin Tiemei is
Illegally Detained in Nanning No. 1 Forced Labor Camp Ms. Lin Tiemei is over 20 years old, and a Dafa practitioner in Baobai
County, Guangxi Province. She went to Beijing during the 16th Party
Congress in 2002 to clarify the truth but was illegally arrested and sent to
Nanning Forced Labor Camp in Guangxi Province. She tried to escape by jumping
from the building. Her lower leg and the waist bone fractured, and she was sent
to Baobai County Hospital. Before she recovered, she was sent to female brigade
of Nanning No.1 Forced Labor Camp in Guangxi. It has been reported that Ms. Lin
is on a hunger strike to protest her illegal detention. 11. [Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioner Fan Chunying is
Illegally Seized Dafa practitioner Ms. Fan Chunying of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province was
illegally arrested by the Guangyuan policemen, and is now detained at the
Jianguo County Detention Center of Guangyuan City. A source said that she would
be sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor on November 16. 12. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Please Pay Attention It is said that Lianshan District of Huludao City, Liaoning Province held an
assessment of rental properties meeting on October 23. The assessment will last
from October 23 until the end of December. During that time they intend to
destroy Dafa materials production sites and persecute Dafa practitioners. One
could already hear some slogans defaming Dafa on some streets. On October 24,
one practitioner's residence in my area has been destroyed. Dafa practitioner
Ms. Xie Lijuan and another fellow practitioner were illegally detained at the
Xingcheng Brainwashing Center and are being persecuted. 13. [Mancheng County, Hebei Province] The Police Torture Dafa Practitioners The police of Shenxing Town local police station in Mancheng County, Hebei
Province forcefully and illegally arrested Dafa practitioners. During the
illegal detention at Hebei Province Mancheng County Detention Center, they did
not provide food for Dafa practitioners and tricked them with lies. They said
they would detain them for 7 days, but did not release practitioners at that
time. They kept extending the term to half a month, one month, two months, and
now indefinitely. Moreover, they extorted money from practitioners. The Mancheng
County 3rd Squadron extorted a total of 34,500 Yuan [500 Yuan is
the average monthly income for an urban worker in China.] from 4
practitioners. The police in Mancheng Detention Center inhumanly tortured Ms. Lin Ru. The
police stepped on her pants, and put handfuls of ants and other insects inside
her clothes. 14. [Xushui County, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Xie Xiugai is Brutally
Tortured by Xushui County Detention Center Policeman Yan Yongzheng Hebei Province Xushui County Detention Center Policeman Yan Yongzheng said to
Dafa practitioners, "Seeing me today is like seeing Yan Wang ["the god of
death" in Chinese folklore]. Don't expect to get out of here alive." He
slapped Dafa practitioner Xie Xiugai's face, and then hit her with a stick many
times, especially the bones below the thigh. Xie Xiugai was in great pain, every
joint turned dark purple. They also extorted 20,000 Yuan from her.
